We do treat for pests, however, refunds will not be provided for encountering insects and bugs. Please do not leave open food and trash outside and dispose of it in the provided bear proof garbage bins. This is important for the safety of our renters and the bears that inhabit the area.

Things to note:

**Be cautious on steep and windy roads. Four-wheel drive is not required, but is recommended if available, especially in less desirable weather such as rain or snow. Give yourself ample time and try to arrive before dark

**Starter essentials will be provided, but bring extra as needed (3 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap, dish washer pod, dish soap, sponge, and Keurig pods)

**Relax in the hot tub at your own risk. We are not liable for any accidents. Do not use hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant.

**Refunds are not provided for things out of our control (weather, natural disasters, power outages, and personal matters); trip insurance is recommended. Bookings may only be rescheduled within 30 days of original booking.

**Please check for burn bans in the area on the state government website prior to fire pit or grill use.

**This is a pet-free cabin; $400 fee applies if the policy is violated
