Cabin w/Hot Tub · Game Loft · Mtn View · Sleeps 9
Summary:
Smoky MountainSide Lodges & Cabins proudly presents Lazy Bear Lodge. The perfect place for multi-generational family gatherings — from the game loft, screaming sleepover haven, to the hot tub beckoning for sunrise coffee and dinners under café lights. Enjoy an open living area where no one is left out of the conversation or fun. Situated minutes from favorite attractions like Dollywood and The Island, yet with a secluded feeling. Where mountain style and comfort meet memorable time together.
The Space:
Picture this: steam curling off your private hot tub as the Smoky Mountain sky fades to pink, a pool table waiting in the loft upstairs, and nine of your favorite people gathered under one roof. Mornings start with coffee by the fireplace; evenings end with arcade games and a soak under the stars. Pigeon Forge and Dollywood are minutes away, but once you're settled in at Lazy Bear Lodge, you may not want to leave the deck.
ABOUT THIS SPACE
Lazy Bear Lodge is a 2-bedroom-plus-loft, 3-bath A-frame cabin built for groups who want room to spread out. Vaulted tongue-and-groove ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows fill the living area with light, and a gray sectional big enough for the whole crew wraps around the fireplace and a wall-mounted smart TV.
The kitchen is built for cooking a real meal: granite counters, stainless appliances, an electric range, and a long granite bar with seating for eight. You'll find cooking basics, a dishwasher, blender, toaster, air fryer, and a coffee station tucked under the stairs — Keurig, drip coffee, and coffee, sugar, and creamer provided.
Sleeping splits across three areas so groups aren't tripping over each other. The main-level king en-suite has a pillow-top bed, a smart TV, and a private bath. The main-level double queen en-suite gives a second group two plush queen beds, a shared TV, and an attached bath. Upstairs, the game loft holds three built-in twin beds behind privacy curtains, plus its own full bathroom. A Pack 'n Play is provided for the littlest guest.
That loft is also where the fun lives: a regulation pool table, a classic stand-up arcade cabinet, and board games under an open wood-beamed ceiling with a mountain view through the A-frame's triangular window — the room everyone claims within the first hour.
Outside, a covered deck runs the length of the cabin, anchored by the private hot tub — open 24 hours, all year — plus an outdoor dining table and charcoal grill. A covered front porch and flat parking for four vehicles round it out, with mountain views from nearly every window.
LOCATION & WHAT'S NEARBY
Lazy Bear Lodge sits in the Sevierville area of the Smoky Mountains — close enough to the action for an easy day trip, quiet enough on its wooded hillside for real peace at night.
Pigeon Forge and Dollywood are just a short drive away, easy to fold into any stay. The Sevierville Convention Center is nearby for anyone in town for an event, and Carlyle's Crossing shopping center covers restaurants and everyday errands. History and scenery lovers can head to Wheatlands Plantation and the Boyd's Creek Bridge, or make the short trip to the Seymour Water Tower, a fun local landmark.
From here, the wider Smoky Mountain corridor opens up: downtown Gatlinburg's shops and restaurants sit along the same corridor, and Great Smoky Mountains National Park — hiking, waterfalls, scenic overlooks — is well within range for a day trip. Guests also have access to a seasonal community pool just around the corner.
WHO THIS HOME IS BEST FOR
Big families who need real separation, not just extra beds. With a king en-suite, a double queen en-suite, and a loft with three twin beds and its own bath, three generations can each have a door to close.
Groups of friends planning a mountain weekend built around the hot tub, the pool table, and the arcade cabinet — a cabin for people who'd rather argue over who's winning at pool than sit in a hotel lobby.
Reunions and celebrations for up to nine guests who want everyone under one roof — the open kitchen and bar seating for eight make group meals easy, not a logistics puzzle.
Families with young kids, thanks to the provided Pack 'n Play, room-darkening shades for nap time, and separate sleeping zones so bedtime for the little ones doesn't mean lights-out for everyone else.
GUEST ACCESS
Check-in is fully self-guided with keyless smart lock entry — no office to find, no key to juggle. About an hour before check-in, you'll receive a personal door code by email or text, so you can head straight in the moment you arrive. The entire cabin is yours: every bedroom, both living areas, the game loft, the kitchen, and the full covered deck and hot tub — no shared or off-limits space.
PARKING
A flat, paved parking area sits right at the cabin and comfortably fits up to four vehicles, so multi-car groups won't be stuck hunting for street parking. It's a short, level walk from the driveway to the front door — no steep switchbacks with luggage or groceries in hand. There's no EV charger on site, so guests with electric vehicles should plan a charging stop nearby.
HOUSE RULES
We want you to relax, with just a few ground rules that keep the cabin great for the next group too. Quiet hours run 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the cabin. Maximum occupancy is 9 guests, including children. Please secure the cabin (lock doors and windows) whenever it's unoccupied, and let us know right away if anything needs attention. Bring Fido, we welcome up to two dogs for an additional fee of $150 each.
