We prioritize your safety and security. All guests must complete an independent verification process before check-in. You will receive an automated boarding link after booking, and you'll need to follow instructions to get verified. Additionally, we require a signed rental agreement and a $1,500 deposit, which will be collected directly via online payment after booking.

Our property is managed with care, in line with short-term rental regulations, ensuring a secure and pleasant stay for all.

REFUNDABLE DAMAGE/SECURITY DEPOSIT:
$1,500 Must be submitted after booking. Fire features left on and unattended will result in a $300/hr fine. Photoshoots are booked at a different rate and unauthorized photography will result in a loss of the security deposit.
