The Space:

A masterpiece of style and design, this opulent vacation paradise is set right on the beach with Pacific Ocean panoramas from nearly every room as well as the private hot tub! Wall-to-wall windows showcase the expansive beach views across two beautifully appointed floors.



Built for entertaining, the gourmet kitchen and 10-seat dining area is a chef’s dream. Anchored by a center island with seating for six, the kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances, dual sinks, and a convenient coffee bar. The adjacent living room boasts a shuffleboard table and TV, while the upstairs living room is similar in design with a TV, a five-seat window bar, an amazing, suspended, circular chair, and family-friendly games.



There are two suites on the main level and two suites upstairs - each features a TV and en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The custom-built bunk room is decked out with a foosball table, TV, and kid-friendly lounge furniture. Sip morning coffee and listen to the gentle sound of the surf while relaxing on the side deck, equipped with a picnic table and a grill. The adjacent hot tub invites rejuvenating soaks. Follow a short pathway from the deck to the sand and enjoy barefoot beach strolls any time of the day.



Experience a quiet location approximately three miles north of scenic Cape Kiwanda and all the amenities and attractions in Pacific City.

Prefect location and views. Very cool layout and features. Bathroom in every room. Well stocked kitchen. We had a few small problems: the tv in the upstairs common area was broken, the hot tub wouldn't heat up, and we had some glitches with the tv/sound system in the main room. None of these things ruined our trip, we had a great time. But the communication is slow. You communicate with a central office that must mange several locations and they communicate with the local management. Obviously why it takes time to respond. We never heard back about a resolution for the issues we brought to their attention.

Can't beat this oceanfront property on the most special beach in Oregon! The house amenities are great for both kids and adults-fun games for all. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to cook and enjoy the views. Having access to the hot tub and a washer-dryer makes for a stress free stay with kiddos.

Great location with wonderful view

The home was very nice and had a nice view of the ocean. Short path to what felt like your own private beach. The one thing I think that would have been really nice to have would have been an outdoor shower to wash off before coming in.

Wow. Just wow.

The location is unreal. Step off the deck straight onto the beach. The surrounding waterfront is quiet and beautiful. The bunk bed room (8 beds in all) is next level. Kids loved it.

Property is beautiful, very clean throughout. (Exception was bunk beds, some sheets had sand grains from previous use, but we only needed 3 of the beds, so just changed beds.) Views of beach limited on first floor. Bedrooms were lovely, kitchen well stocked. Could have used a dust pan, finally just made piles from floor sweepings. Gate lock sticks, we only managed to get one unlocked, needs some TLC. Have an ant problem in kitchen, were LOTS of ant buttons, we went out and got some spray, got them under control for our visit. Beautiful place, great location. Had wonderful time.

Great house. Creepy that the owners have over 5 ring cameras facing the house.

The property had no cell reception and no BBQ. Very limited kitchen items. Cameras all over the place and people next door watching you. Mysteriously the garbage was taken to the street during our stay. Super creepy

We do feel it is important to note that our home is not advertised with a grill as an amenity, though we have passed this suggestion along to our property manager for review. We also apologize for any privacy concerns you encountered. Please know that the only operational cameras in our home are located at the front door and the driveway cameras. All other cameras facing the home are not active and are in the process of being removed by our local team. We appreciate you allowing us the opportunity to improve and hope that you will give us a chance to better impress you in the future.

Great house but bring your own pillow

House was beautiful. Location on the beach was great. Note that the pillows are very hard so you may want to bring your own. The Queen matrasses were very soft. Some will like this, but I would like something a lot firmer. Only real issue was garbage pickup which is only once a week, they have only one outside can, and it was full when we arrived on Thursday for a three night stay. Hopefully management will correct this as it's a shame to have something so simple mar an otherwise wonderful stay.

Not what you would expect

It's hard to complain about staying on an amazing beach, but when paying a premium, there are certain basic expectations. The house is great for a group, but there are cameras plastered all over the place and it's a little unsettling to try to relax with family and friends while someone is watching. The furniture is brutal, basically just a bunch of ottomans mashed together, pretty sure this house was staged to sell, not intended to be a family friendly rental. No disinfectant in the kitchen? Just a basic think that you would think would be automatic. Last thing , I know the listing doesn't have a bbq as an amenity, but you would think when you're staying at a 'luxury' beach house, there would be a BBQ on the deck. It's a cool place, but not going to rent again.

The house is spacious and in a great location, right on the beach with great views, lots of parking, easy check-in (although not until 5 pm which we think is very late.) Hot tub is great. We asked for an earlier check-in and a later than 10 am check-out, but both were denied. The cleaners were still working when we arrived at 5. One of the beds had dirty sheets which we washed. The kitchen is well-equipped (although the ice maker didn't work so the host had to provide ice for us). The grill did not work. Communication was prompt, but not always with satisfactory results. In general we liked the house.

First off this house is being advertised as a luxury home with shuffleboard. I would say that description is a little inaccurate. First off the shuffleboard needs to be completely refurbished. Secondly the foosball table seen in photos in the kids. Bunk room is no longer there. Also, the TV upstairs is dented and nonfunctional. We were there for the Fourth of July and we were wanting to do a traditional American style barbecue/grill and couldn’t even get the barbecue to warm up above 150. The property has not been very well maintained. I’m sure it receives a lot of abuse with large parties but could really use a deep cleaning and general fixing up/maintainence. The furniture downstairs is very dirty and stained along with the rug in the living room. The location and access to the beach is awesome though and the set up of the house very convenient for our large group gathering. I would say the house was definitely not worth what we paid for though. There’s a very beautiful beach volleyball court in the front yard not pictured, which was very fun for our family. Unfortunately, it did have lots of large rocks and even saw concrete chunks in which a couple kids hit their knees on while playing. The net is very droopy. This all could be better maintained. The house does come with a lot of great toys to stay entertained including a football, corn hole, and boogie boards for the beach along with chairs. There was plenty of fresh towels and the kitchen was fully stocked.

As with many high-demand beach homes during peak season, some larger refreshes are thoughtfully scheduled between guest stays, with a deep clean also planned as the busy summer season winds down.
