Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Only 2 things I have a complaint about is, it stayed hot in the master bedroom and living room area.. also there were knats. The apartment was amazing and everything we were hoping for and more. Plenty of room for everyone and everything was literally brand new. Quick walk or drive to the magnificent Miramar beaches. The lazy river and pool were also amazing and a great place to spend the afternoon after a day at the beach. Location was close to everything and super convenient to find something to eat or resupply on whatever we needed.

Thank you for sharing. You should have had hand towels. This will be addressed with the Housekeeping manager. We do provide 1 bar of soap in each bathroom and the kitchen. Cleaning supplies are not provided beyond the initial Laundry Pod, and Dish Soap

The condo is absolutely beautiful and was so clean! I only gave it 4 stars because of the check in/out experience I had. We paid 1,000 for 1 night because we needed a place to stay our last night before heading to the airport the next day. I really think there needs to be a front office at this location, because we asked to get our pool bands around noon so our kids could use the pool while we waited to check in. There was hardly anyone at the pool, but they refused and told me I would have to wait to get them since they are in the room. The lady was so rude on the phone, she didn’t try to see what she could do for me at all. It was just a very rude No! I was supposed to get check in instructions between 3:00-5:00, I called back at 4 and they still didn’t know if my condo was ready. Finally at 4:40 I got my room code. The grounds are beautiful but we barely got to enjoy them because check in is so late. Then we get to the pool and they stopped serving drinks at 5:00 pm on a Friday which is when most people are arriving so that was frustrating also. If you want a host that is accommodating on check in/out then this isn’t the place. They were knocking on my door a few minutes before check out time of 10am. To have been there less than 24 hours and pay what I paid then I thought they would be somewhat accommodating to my request.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First I want to say that our unit was stunning. Other than that our experience was a bad one. Check in was supposed to be from 3-5 PM, we got to the resort around 3 and knew we would have to wait on the cleaning crew so I called the office to see if we could go ahead and go to the pool because we had grandparents and four small children. We were told, no we were not allowed until we were in the unit for the pool bands. We sat in the parking lot with luggage for almost 2 hours. Second compliant, within one hour of being in our room at 6:00 PM on July 4th, we had a knock on the door from a gentleman who stated that he was an owner below us and we were being too loud. We hadn’t even unpacked our suitcases so the week was spent getting onto the kids to whisper. Third compliant, we were charged $60 for four paper parking passes in our original charges. This would have been ok if we had a vehicle to display the pass, however, we had a golf cart so our parking pass kept blowing away. We received a $25 parking ticket, the security guard was shown the parking pass and it was explained to him that the pass had blown off. He told us there was nothing we could do other than show up to the zoom court hearing to dispute it. It’s only $25 however it is principal that I have to take time after vacation to attend a court hearing. Last compliant, listening to music on the balcony at 10:30 security was called and he informed us no music on the balcony after 10:00 PM, not a big deal at all, we apologized and turned the music off. My issue was how rude he was and threatened that if it happened again we would be charged a fine. Did not have a great experience. Don’t make your guests sit in the parking lot with luggage, elderly and children, let them go to the pool while waiting for the cleaning crew, guests have no control over flight times. Give your golf cart renters a weather proof display for their paper parking passes, will not be recommending this resort

Misty, unfortunately you statements are not correct and a little misleading on the Check-in Time. It has always been posted as 5:00pm. Meaning we distribute Arrival Instructions in the 5:00pm window. We generally are able to get these out starting around 3pm, but with your arrival on the 4th of July and the resort being fully booked, we could not get them out as you stated the cleaning company was still tending to your unit. For someone to knock on your door, that was not the property management, and we did not receive any complaints of from others. That should not have happened, especially at 6:00pm. the parking pass fee is charged and mandatory from the Resort Homeowners Association. Golf Cart companies generally have a slot to place parking passes in. The Homeowners Association is the party that checks parking passes and issues citations. Again, we did not issue the ticket. Finally, the Quiet hours are posted at the pools and on the resort information sheets as being 10:00pm - 8:00am. I would imaging the same "homeowner" was the one to complain and sent the Homeowners Association Security.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The master bedroom mattress was too The rooms with the bump bed frame cracked grandson had to sleep on the floor on a mattress. Maintenance came out and took pictures, but never called us back. Are email us back. Pots in the kitchen needs to be replaced. There were no bath towels to bathe with. They said they had a shortage on towers, but we were not informed about that until we arrived there. Let overall the place was outstanding. I will go back again. And we had a wonderful time.

We thank you for your comments. When maintenance was in the unit the bunk bed was not broken. Then it was. The maintenance team did take the pictures of the broken bunk, and it was not an item that could be fixed immediately. Bath Towels are provided. We take pictures of every unit before the guests arrives and we provide 1 1/2 towels, hand towels and wash cloths that the unit sleeps.
