Esta casa privada se encuentra en una calle tranquila que bordea la civilización y la jungla. Despiértate con los sonidos de aves exóticas y sorpréndete con la flora y fauna caribeña en tu puerta. A medida que la oscuridad se arrastra, las luciérnagas iluminan la jungla adyacente. Iguanas iridiscentes te observan a través de los árboles. ¡Bienvenido al paraiso!

Casa de Paz está a dos cuadras de las increíbles aguas cálidas de color turquesa, a una milla de la ciudad principal, y a cinco minutos a pie del centro comercial Chedruai (una gran tienda departamental con una gran panadería, tienda de delicatessen, farmacia y restaurantes) y Cine de 7 pantallas. . Muchas empresas están convenientemente ubicadas: cinco minutos a pie de cibercafés, muchos restaurantes familiares a poca distancia y clubes de playa. El ferry de la gente al continente está a solo 15 minutos a pie o 1 milla. A pocas cuadras de la plaza, encontrará un mercado típico.


Nuestra espaciosa casa está diseñada para la comodidad y la relajación. Estamos ubicados en una calle sin salida. Esta casa de dos pisos, dos habitaciones y dos baños tiene una gran cocina totalmente equipada para preparar sus propias comidas. El primer piso tiene una cómoda sala de estar para descansar con amigos y familiares o ver DVD o escuchar CD. El futón se convierte en una cama doble descansada. Hay aire acondicionado y un ventilador en cada habitación y en la sala de estar. El cuarto de abajo tiene dos colchones dobles y un baño completo en el pasillo. El dormitorio de arriba tiene las mismas comodidades pero con un colchón queen y baño completo en el pasillo. Ambas habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado que se puede controlar individualmente para su nivel de comodidad. Y para su comodidad, tenemos una lavadora y secadora. La gran terraza le espera con tumbonas y mesa de comedor y barbacoa de carbón Weber. Observe espectaculares puestas de sol con su bebida favorita o tome su café y pan dulce (pan dulce mexicano) en la suave brisa caribeña.

As a Scuba Diver, this was a great place to stay. It had a well stocked kitchen and a grocery store was nearby. I would recommend this place for a week or longer stay. There is a wash tank on the right side of the picture for dive equipment.

While not on the beach, its very close to great restaurants and easy to catch a taxi if you don't have a car. Alex, the property manager went above and beyond! We'd stay here again!

Wonderful Stay in San Miguel de Cozumel

Melissa's home was nicer than she described. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well supplied. The upstairs patio was very nice. We enjoyed having friends over for dinners and to watch the lunar eclipse. Alex, the property manager, was exceptional! We would definitely rent from Melisa again.

Very homey, safe feeling, and clean.

We stayed for 4 weeks at Casa De Paz and it was a good choice for our family this year. We liked the neighborhood and felt it was a safe area to being our visiting adult children. Away from the noise and activity of the downtown and close to the nature sounds of birds and frogs in the jungle. Close enough to walk to the the grocery stores, (at night-too hot for a walk in the day for us) yet a little far to walk into central in the heat of June. Our property manager, Alex, was spot on with attentiveness to our needs. Our house keeper did a thorough job and made the house sparkle when she was done each week. The dryer wasn't working so we hung a line out on the deck and that worked great for laundry and wet suits and towels after a day at the beach. We would recommend this house if you would like to be in the quieter part of Cozumel!

Great location!

This is a great spacious house. It is well apportioned. It withing walking distance of everything you need, food, diving, restaurants, etc. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend.

Fantastic Home

First I want to Thank Scott and Melissa for sharing their Wonderful Home. I just returned from spending 3 months and I couldn't have had a better experience. The Home is within walking distance of anything you should need. Also the amenities of this home were way beyond my expectations, as the previous renters have mentioned. I would also like to mention that the utilities were so reasonable, I expected way more!! Also to Margaret and her staff for helping with anything i may have been in question of and their quick responses. I will definately be back, providing the home will be available and I would definately recommend this home, I have stayed at other condos on the island and they definately did not compare. Gracias~~

Nice vacation get away if you want a bit of paradise

I've stayed at Casa de Paz two times now, one week each time. it's very homey and well stocked. Location is great. Very clean! Will definitely return. Best snorkeling ever this time! Just wish we could have stayed longer.

Comfortable and Convenient

We had the pleasure of staying at Casa de Paz over the holiday season 2010 and we loved it! It is in a quiet, safe, and friendly neighborhood and is such an easy walk to great restaurants, the ocean, parks, and shopping. We loved looking out over the jungle from the rooftop terrace. The house had all of the comforts of home--great tv/dvd players in each guest room and the main living area, a well-supplied kitchen, a nice little yard, a dunk tank for our dive gear, and comfortable beds. We never had to use the a/c because the ventilation is so good in the house with the windows open. We would absolutely stay at Casa de Paz again!

Fantastic Vacation in Cozumel

When looking for rental possibilities in Cozumel, we wanted to find a location close to the beach. Casa De Paz is exactly that. It is close enough to the beach for great relaxation, snorkeling & eats. We used the resource book (provided at property) to find the perfect place to rent motorized scooters for most of our stay. With these scooters, we were within minutes of everything we wanted to check out; they also enabled us to tour the entire island!! Casa De Paz has everything you need to enjoy your stay...a home away from home! We definintely recommend staying here!! Enjoy!

Perfect place to stay

We have a small group that has been going to Cozumel at least one to two times a year for the past seven years and have always stayed in one particular hotel..well, not anymore...not after staying in this fantastic house. We have now stayed in Casa de Paz on our last two trips and hope to do so each and every time we travel to Cozumel from here on out. We stayed a little over a week each time, once in October 2008 and at the end of March 2009. Casa de Paz was absolutely incredible and exactly what we were looking for. You couldn't ask for a better location. Far enough away from the hustle-and-bustle to be quiet, peaceful, and relaxing, but close enough for just a quick scooter ride or walk into town. There are now two large stores, one being the enormous new grocery store, stocked with everything you might need close enough to walk to or take a very short ride to. Being back in a neighborhood, our group commented how staying in Casa de Paz actually made us feel like we lived there. Of course, it doesn't hurt that it was just a quick hop over to the marina either if you plan on scuba diving. It is great to be able to stop by the house after diving to drop off gear, get cleaned-up, and then head out for lunch...or just grab something at the house and take a nice nap. Those are all options we were missing when we were staying in hotels. The house is incredible on the inside and the outside with all of the amenities we needed, then some. Very well-kept, nicely decorated, a washer and dryer, and flat screens in both bedrooms. With a full stocked kitchen we had breakfast before diving then had the option later of eating out or just fixing something there at the house. The house also has a dive rinse tank, drying lines, and hooks in the back for your scuba gear. Last, but certainly not least, Margaret and the management company were fantastic. She was always available if we needed anything and went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of.

After visiting Cozumel several times, we started to feel part of this small community and its friendly people. We have been coming for over 40 years, and it still has the same charm. We love that it has the soul of the Caribbean and the heart of Mexico. Now in 2025, we still get excited to visit Cozumel and stay in our comfy home.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Location, location, location. We are one mile from the plaza, two blocks from the beach, and a five minute walk to two large local supermarket/department stores. Our house is very comfortable and welcoming because it is not only a rental, but it is our home away from home. Some of the best snorkling is 2-5 miles from our home.
