🚨 House Policy Enforcement

To protect our home, neighbors, and future guests, the following rules are strictly enforced.

🚫 No Parties or Events

Our home is reserved for registered guests only, meaning only those listed on the reservation may be on the property. Parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are not permitted.

Decorations, backdrops, or any items may not be taped, pinned, nailed, or attached to walls, ceilings, doors, or furniture.

Violations may result in immediate removal from the property and cancellation of the reservation without refund. We work very hard to keep our home peaceful, well cared for, and safe for every guest and our little ones.

🐾 No Pets

To maintain a clean and allergy friendly environment, pets are not permitted.

Unauthorized animals may result in removal from the property without refund.

Registered service animals protected under ADA guidelines are welcome. Please notify us in advance. Guests remain responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning beyond standard turnover.

📋 Additional House Rules

* Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM per Jersey City ordinance.
* No smoking or vaping inside our home.
* Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
* Please no running inside.
* Trash goes underneath the stairs next to the driveway. Recycling is appreciated.
