Cozy 1-bed and bath ground level suite near surrey and guildford

Thank you for your feedback, Amber. We do want to clarify a few points for future guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with the essential appliances and cookware, including a chef-quality air fryer, which we provide as an alternative to a microwave. The mattress is also brand new and of good quality, and we have not previously received complaints about it, including from guests who have stayed at the property for several months. Regarding the dog, no concern about being scratched was brought to our attention during the stay. In fact, Amber interacted with and pet our dog and mentioned that she likes pets. Had we been made aware of any concern at the time, we would have addressed it immediately. Wifi is working perfectly fine plus we added extra modem for better signal. Again it was never brought to attention during stay. All check-in and checkout instructions are clearly provided through the Vrbo app. We are always happy to assist when guests have questions, but the instructions do need to be reviewed and followed as provided. We appreciate all feedback and will continue looking for ways to improve the guest experience.
