Steeped in local history yet refreshed with modern style, each home offers its own flavor of lakeside living. The Magnolia White House, originally built in 1925, is full of vintage charm with cozy rooms, a bright sunroom overlooking the water, and one of the best fireworks views on the lake. The Azalea Point delivers elevated relaxation with soaring ceilings, sleek finishes, and a private pool and sauna that take lake life up a notch. Meanwhile, The Water Bungalow offers laid-back comfort with bright, open spaces, a spacious deck, and easy access to the main channel for boating and swimming right off the dock.
Inside all three, you’ll find thoughtfully designed kitchens equipped with modern appliances, comfortable living areas with Smart TVs and plenty of natural light, and bedrooms created for restful nights after long days by the water. ***Please note that the annual drawdown of Lake Hamilton begins on November 1st of each year and the refill of both lakes will begin between March 1st and March 8th of the following year. The refill is scheduled to be completed each year by March 15th.***
***We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the street cans, with no loose trash. Please do not roll the trash cans back to the house; they should remain on the street to avoid a $100 fine.***

- For non-emergencies, such as general inquiries or requests, please leave a voicemail or send a text message, and we will promptly return your call the following morning.
