Trash removal: Dumpster located across from 5 Trinity Way.

Septic System: Is very sensitive, please do not flush anything except toilet paper and what your body naturally produces.

NO PETS/NO SMOKING/NO PARTIES or else a $500 cleaning fee penalty will apply.

NEIGHBORHOOD QUIET HOURS: 11 pm to 8 am
