Freshly renovated with a modern touch, Sky Deck features an inviting open concept design, combining a fully stocked kitchen with a cozy living room. Whether you're whipping up breakfast before a day at the beach or unwinding during the evenings, this space is designed for comfort and convenience.
The rental includes two tastefully decorated bedrooms, each boasting a comfortable queen bed, ensuring a restful sleep after a day of adventures. Additionally, two full baths add an extra layer of privacy and ease to your stay, making it perfect for families or small groups.
What’s included?
Each home comes with full linens and one set of towels per guest. So, if the home accommodates 6 people, you'll find 6 sets of towels waiting for you.
Feel free to use the washer and dryer on-site to freshen them up anytime.
Further, Coastal Maine Vacations has you covered with a handy starter kit. We provide an initial supply of shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, soaps, trash bags, and more. While it's not meant to last your entire stay, it's perfect to get you through your first night or two and help you settle in comfortably. Step outside onto the small deck, a quaint spot for a morning coffee or evening relaxation, and soak in the lively neighborhood ambiance. All of this and pet friendly too!
With two designated parking spots, you'll never have to worry about finding a place to park. Leave your car behind and take a short walk to all the local attractions. Yes. Place was very clean. Did not have personal contact with anyone but excellent arrival instructions. The suggestion I have is when you have guests staying more than 3 nights, provide more than 1 set of bath towels per guest. I’m not on vacation to do laundry

The apartment itself was very clean. However, the entryway and stairway to the third floor had a strong smell of wet dog. We really liked that the heat/air conditioning were on splits so we could each keep our bedroom at different temperatures. The sunrise seen from the balcony was wonderful!

We hope to comeback next year and we would definitely pick this place! Everything was a few minutes by car and having areas to eat or coffee shops and the cutest shops. Property was exactly as advertised. Very clean and spacious. Loved having washer and dryer so we didn’t have to pack as much. Short walk to the beach was very convenient. Check in and check out was super easy. Received updates and instructions without any issues. Will definitely book this property again next summer!

Early June Getaway

The property is very well maintained. Excellent parking on site. Newer construction/renovations & very clean. Great balcony. You can hear the ocean at night and see it during the daytime. Union street is convenient to everything. We will be back for sure. Easy under 10 minute walk to the beach.

We're always happy with the locations and cleanliness of the properties. This is the second time we have stayed at the Sky Deck, and it was even better than the first time. It was spotless and cool when we entered, and we were able to walk down to the beach every day - sometimes 3 times a day. We had everything we needed for an amazing week.

Great Location!

My family of 4 stayed with our dog for almost a week. The condo had everything we needed for the stay and was very clean. It's a short walk to the beach, so we saved at least $100 on parking and were able to go to the beach numerous times a day.

Beautiful condo close to the beach!

The condo was very clean, spacious and bright and having two full bathrooms was a big plus. We liked that it was in a quiet neighborhood away from the Pier but we did walk there one night and it was a nice/easy walk. It was also a short walk down to the beach so easy to come back up for lunch or a break - and back at night to watch the Thursday night fireworks. We would stay again if we come back to OOB.
