New to the market, this perfect little condo is just 1 block from the beach and a 10 minute walk to the Old Orchard Pier's shops and restaurants. Soak up the sun and take a refreshing dip in the Atlantic. You're less than a 30 minute drive to downtown Portland where you can eat at some of the best restaurants in New England. Don't miss your chance to vacation in vacationland!

Kitchen is stocked with basic cooking and meal prep utensils along with dining ware and silverware. Keurig Coffee Maker provided along with 4 K-cups. Pull-out sofa can sleep one adult or two small children. Towels and sheets included. On-site laundry available at no charge. One dedicated parking spot on site with municipal parking for a fee one block away. Come and enjoy your stay!

Excellent stay

So clean, immaculately decorated, and proximity to beach was amazing. Only drawback was some train noise at night but would still happily stay here again and recommend to others.

This property was perfect for what we were looking for! You can't beat the location if you are hoping to spend lots of time at the beach. Yes, it is small but very clean and very cutely decorated. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic second year staying. Clean close to beach and the hosts are great and are so quick to respond to any and all questions we had. We will be renting again next Summer. Love this condo.

Independence Day stay

Cozy spot and short walk to the pier. Check-in was easy and no issues requiring owner/landlord attention during our stay. You will hear the train pass by on occasion.

Old Orchard Stay

Nice clean little property close to the beach. Parking around the side is a bit congested, need to back in from street to get in spot (was driving a truck). Overall my stay was great, could have wished for better weather

Great!!

The unit was very clean and quiet and the owners were quick to respond about the wifi. Great location just a minute walk from the beach and easy walks to restaurants by the pier. Highly recommend and would stay again! Parking behind the building was a little tricky but other than that it was perfect!

Perfect Little Retreat!

This property isn't large, but was absolutely perfect for a quick getaway for my husband and me. The owners were extremely responsive, and provide you with all of the kitchen/bathroom essentials that you need. The condo was very clean, in walking distance to shops/restaurants/the pier, and the beach is just a short walk across the street. We look forward to renting here again in the future!

All your needs are met. It’s a convenient location for Old Orchard beach which is pretty.The bed is a little soft for me, and the pillows are a little hard, just personal likes. I had no cell service in the apartment, I’m with Verizon.It’s easy to contact Kari about anything and she has fast response time.My parking spot is behind the apartment not in front of its door like many others. This works well as I have an oversized vehicle.

Beautiful little condo steps from the beach

We arrived to a beautiful little condo equipped with everything we needed for a few days at OOB! The hosts were amazing! The bed in the main bedroom was the most comfortable we have slept on. The place was decorated beautifully and was spotless! We were steps from the beach and all of the main attractions OOB has to offer! We will definitely be back next year!

Nice place

The place is nice and clean, kitchen is fully equipped. The sofa bed isn't great if you want to sleep on it. The main bed is very comfortable. Perfect location to go to the beach and very close to bars and restaurants. The host is easy to contact and very friendly. I recommend it but not for more than 2 people.

Good relaxing vacation

We enjoyed our stay and the fact that everything was a close walking distance. The location is just on the end of all the shops and restaurants, so it is away from night life but close if want to be in the mix. It is also across the street from the beach. Would have liked to know that the train went by the building throughout the night with its whistle being blown. Jolt of a wake up. The room was as described, clean and welcoming with some added benefits of a couple beach chairs. The bed is a very soft and comfy. We are accustomed to a firm mattress but slept well when the train wasn’t going by. Would definitely stay again.

Séjour à OOB

Super séjour à OOB, logement vrbo très bien situé et super près de la plage (1 minute à pied). Stationnement difficile pour notre voiture nous avons dû prendre un permis de stationnement sur la milliken street. Mais parfait pour une petite voirure. Bref je recommande !
