Surrounded by sweeping mountain views, this private La Quinta estate sits inside the coveted Enclave Mountain Estates and offers one of the most peaceful and dramatic settings in the desert. More than 150 degrees of Santa Rosa scenery wrap the home, while a gentle waterfall adds a steady, calming soundtrack. Designed for monthly stays, each bedroom includes private outdoor access and an ensuite bath. High ceilings and open spaces create comfort throughout. Professional photos coming soon.

This custom single-level estate, built in 1998, sits on an expansive lot inside the gated Enclave Mountain Estates and is positioned to maximize light, privacy, and mountain views in every direction. The main living area features soaring ceilings, stone floors, a stacked-stone fireplace, and a full wall of glass that opens directly to the pool, spa, and dramatic desert scenery, creating a true indoor-outdoor living experience ideal for restorative stays or entertaining.

Each of the four bedrooms functions as a private suite. Every room has its own bathroom, direct outdoor access, and abundant natural light. Guests can step outside each morning to quiet air, sunrise views, and the gentle sounds of the community waterfall framed by the Santa Rosa Mountains. The primary suite includes a soaking tub with jets and tall windows that capture the tranquil desert landscape, offering the perfect retreat at the end of the day.

The kitchen is ideal for long stays and family gatherings. It includes warm wood cabinetry, a large island with a prep sink, a walk-in pantry, and all the tools needed for cooking or entertaining. The breakfast nook sits beside large windows that open to the outdoors, and the family room flows naturally into the wet bar, offering an inviting spot for evening drinks or casual conversations.

Outdoor spaces are designed for full-time enjoyment and feature multiple distinct gathering areas. The infinity-edge pool and spa overlook the mountains, with a small river feature flowing gently from the spa into the pool. Multiple patios provide shaded seating, dining space, and quiet spots to relax or soak in the scenery. The outdoor kitchen includes a built-in BBQ, a Traeger grill, and ample counter space for meal prep. A large fireplace near the main patio and a peaceful gazebo offer additional quiet areas to enjoy the desert tranquility.

The property is beautifully landscaped with mature trees, flowering plants, and lemon, fig, and orange trees that provide fresh fruit throughout your stay. A circular driveway and three-car garage offer ample parking. Though located in a secure gated community, the home’s placement on an oversized lot ensures privacy, with neighbors feeling distant and direct views of the flowing community waterfall and surrounding mountains creating a serene retreat for families, extended visits, or guests seeking both privacy and connection to the outdoors.

Guests will have access to the entire home and the driveway to park. This is a gated community where short-term rentals are not permitted (only 30+), and the community is very walkable. There will be no one else on the property, other than the occasional gardener and pool man, unless otherwise discussed with you in advance.

Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed!

Pets may be considered with prior approval.

There is a 10-day grace period to return any items taken from the home at check-out (keys, garage remotes, etc). Replacement costs will be charged to guests if items are not received within 10 days of check-out.

For stays over 30 days, we offer optional mid-stay cleanings for an additional fee. These provide a full refresh of the home and linens, and we recommend scheduling one every 15 days.

Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a minimum $250 fine.

Additional fees are required for pool/spa heat if applicable, please reach out to Reservations for more details.

Utility Usage: Utilities are included up to the property’s recent average usage. Any excessive use above that amount may result in additional charges. If applicable, payment for utility overages is due within 14 days of check-out.

- Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional charge of up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.

- Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check out.

- For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.

- Additional fees are required for pool heat, please reach out to Reservations for more details.

- The AC cannot be set lower that 75 degrees when the outdoor temperature exceeds 100s. If tampering with the HVAC equipment causes any issues which require a service call and/or repairs, this will be billable to your party

- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. Any damages must be reported immediately to the host to ensure proper documentation.

- Any unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight without prior written approval from the host. Additional guests may result in an additional charge.
