We’ve stayed at 10 or so places on the beach along this stretch, and this listing delivered all it promised. Comfortable space and accommodations. I’m leery when people say “walking distance” to the pool and beach, but they were on the mark. Thanks and see you again!!

Great place!

We loved staying at #307! The amenities were just what we needed, the place was clean and well layed out. The access to the beach was great and the beach itself was clean with lots of great little shells. Beach chairs provided were very helpful and the umbrella and beach toys in the condo were also helpful. We loved the quiet atmosphere, we were close enough to quickly drive to food and entertainment, but far enough away from the busiest areas to make our stay relaxing. Would highly recommend!

The location was about a half mile from Anna Maria night life. you need a car to get around. the supermarket was close by as well. the Beach was great, they provide chairs and umbrellas for guests at no charge. The sunsets were beautiful. The kids had a great time.

Our Stay at the Cay

The location of the property was great. Disappointed that we shared our patio with our neighbors. They had small children and we weren't able to use it much.The rug needed to be cleaned well as the living room furniture and the patio furniture needs updating. The beach is terrific!!!

Nice getaway

We stayed here for Thanksgiving week. The condo looked exactly as advertised and had all the amenities needed for a short stay- including linens, towels and soap in the bathroom and beach towels for the beach/pool. We found the shower in the master bath very tricky to figure out and use, but it was nice once we got it going. Easy walk to the pool and beach and other amenities around like shuffleboard and tennis/pickleball. Laundry is by the front office. The place is not especially close to good restaurants so we did grocery shop and make most of our meals at home. Highly recommend Crab and Fin one night for dinner in St. Armand's circle.

Not for six to stay

The proximity to the beach was awesome with this property however it was posted as sleeping six in this condo there’s no way you could sleep six the bedroom with the two twin beds in it was very small and for two adult women in a room like that it was pretty crowded. It would’ve been nice to have a a few more towels and tissues and toiletries.

When we opened unit up, it smelled musty!

At that moment have the hurricane and have to stay days inside the apartment that was sad .
