Very nice condo with comfortable beds, ample linens and pillows. This unit was able to accommodate our family of 6. All tvs had many channels and were up to date as far as streaming services. A potential consideration for the comfort of future guests might include reconfiguring the blue couches in the living area so that the smaller blue couch has its back facing the kitchen’s entrance and then adding a larger flat screen tv in place of the very large piece of art hanging on that living room wall. We found it awkward that our entire family couldn’t enjoy a tv in the main living space. The one tv in the common area is tiny and only viewable to the small amount of guests that occupy the tighter room off the kitchen island. For a party of 6, this room functions as a bedroom essentially w a pullout couch. With this room functioning as a bedroom, it feels intrusive for all guests to enjoy tv in this small space. Many families like to gather to enjoy a movie together should a rainy day hit home and certainly the space is available here. Bedrooms feature small tvs but as a family it’s nice to hang out together. We loved the property and our family vacation in LBK . We would most certainly return to Sand Cay again in the future. We thank you for hosting us!
