Resort Details
Condo for rent during National Finals Rodeo 2025 centrally located, 4 miles to Rodeo at the T&M, 6 miles to the convention center and 8 miles to South Point Resort & Casino and World series of team roping finals. Great condos all are different inside (photos for show only).
The space
This unit has one bedroom with king size bed. Kitchen and living room where the couch can fold out into a full size bed. If unit is not up to par please call the receptionist from the unit to assist.
All cleaning and property management will be done by the resort.
All units are assigned by the resort. Unit view, floor, and location of unit on property cannot be guaranteed.
Guest checking in must be at least 21 years of age with a valid ID and credit card for security deposit.
Pricing and availability may vary.
Once reservations are confirmed, you will be asked for the name and address of the main guest who will check in (the resort's front desk will also ask for this information when you check in but obtaining this information before hand will expedite the check in process) along with an email address to receive a personal confirmation.
Guest access
Guest will be given a key card at check in along with unit information.
Other things to note
Please note: Guests will be asked to show ID that matches reservation upon check in. Resort may ask for a credit card to be on file with a fully refundable deposit upon departure as long as unit is left in good condition.

*Mandatory Security deposit is 150.00 U.S. dollars. Only Credit Cards accepted.
