2 day stay

Condo is centralized to what I needed to do in Vegas. My issue is the overall property is just ok. The gates to enter on my side of the property was open and did not close my entire stay, no one had to enter a gate access code. The lighting at night is minimal at best and the covered parking spaces have none. And lastly, speaking of parking spaces, when I first arrived there was a car parked in the assigned parking space for the condo I was staying in. The manager addressed the issue and said basically they could do nothing because security was unavailable and could address the parking situation a few hours later st shift change. I could park in unassigned spaces until then. Luckily for me the offending person moved their vehicle after 4 hours. The management was/is responsive to issues and strives to make a pleasant stay. Overall nice, quiet location but needs some upgrades.

What a beautiful stay the home was clean the host were so responsive in a timely manner you have balcony’s and comfy beds ! About 10 mins from the strip we will definitely rent this home again when we come back

Great place to stay for work event.

We were in town for a conference at the Durango hotel and it was a great experience. Quiet neighborhood with lots of small restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Perfect for what we needed with our stay. Would definitely recommend for business travelers like us.

Clean and Easy

This property is nicely located away from the noisy city center/strip and near grocery stores and restaurants. It is just as described and was very comfortable for two people staying two nights. We did not have an opportunity to use the pool so can't comment on that but the unit was very easy to access with the host's clear/complete instructions. We had a car so appreciated the secure parking.

It was my girlfriend’s birthday and I asked the owner if they can decorate the place for her birthday, they did a fantastic job at doing so! Very communicative. Very clean. Enjoyed my stay very much! Highly recommend

The place was incredibly clean, the host was wonderful about communication, and the check-in process was one of the easiest that I have ever experienced. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Business Trip

I liked the area, very quiet and not far from anywhere. I would have liked to have a Keurig Coffee machine with coffee pods as well as the ice machine working. The Wi-Fi anywhere but the living room was very slow and lastly the stove had no indicator light for when it was in use. Not having a gas stove at my home is probably the reason but I would have to check the knobs several times to ensure that the gas was off. Perhaps having a map of the complex would have been nice to see where the other ammenities were in the complex. The communication was great and the water pressure for the shower was awesome.

Relaxing after hockey tournament

We have been very happy with our choice of Spring Valley and Superhost rental through VRBO. Great communication before, during, and after stay, cost effective and WAY more comfortable that hotel! Very modern, clean and close to shopping, short hop to the Strip. Will consider to use this property in future. Thanks again!!! Pam and Rob!

Weekend trip

Nice quiet condo not to far from Strip. Small things they could fix or add would be a main lighting fixture in the bedroom and a towel rack in the bathroom along with an actual coffee maker and not a press. Small things but a slight annoyance. Oh one more thing the complex should have lighting under the parking space awning for security purposes. Not the property owner problem just a suggestion. Overall good place to stay and I would stay again.

Nice Condo

I want to start by saying that this place had an easy check in process and looked much better than the pictures. The property was great at communicating. When I reached about family possibly coming by, that was not a problem. Good location, within 5-10 minutes to everything. Price was amazing for the number of nights we stayed. This was our first time booking a condo because we normally book houses or 2 bedroom suites at reputable hotels. The only downside for us was that the ac kept shutting off on its own even when we would take it off auto. Most of the times, the place stayed cool but during the night it would be hot. We were informed that the gym and pool closed at 5pm which did not give us an opportunity to utilize it because we typically do those things at night. Also, after booking we were advised if anyone asked to say we were Allan’s guest due to possible nosey neighbors ( there was no issue, thank God) but it made us feel like we were sneaky to be there or as if the person did not have permission to temporarily use this space for us. Had that been mentioned ahead of time, we would of chose a different location. However, we had a great time, very nice and clean place. Just would stick to booking houses due to normally dealing with the owner who do not have nosey neighbor restrictions.
