Located minutes to Rt. 9, I-495, and I-90, you`ll enjoy easy access to Boston, Worcester, Marlborough, Framingham, and all major corporate campuses in MetroWest.

This beautifully furnished rental features:

One king bed and two twin beds for flexible sleeping arrangements. Ample closet space.

Fresh linens, full toiletries, and spa-inspired touches.
✔ In-unit washer + dryer
An added bonus den can be used as a private office, or a sleeping space. The couch converts to a bed!
Guest have access to the entire private apartment. There is no shared entrance. Parking is located next to the front door.
Guest must be able to climb up and down stairs.
Apartment is not set up to host infants or small children.
Must be 21 years old or older to book

Only registered guests allowed on property
Maximum occupancy 8 people (includes infants) unless permission is granted by host
No smoking of any substance at any time, including on the balconies/common areas
Keep all windows closed and locked
Turn off lights when not in unit
Do not move any furniture or hang items on walls
No burning candles or incense
Do not tamper with or disable any of the safety or security devices in the unit or on the property
Do not use the premises for any illegal activity
Photo ID may be required upon check-in
Host may require names and identification for all guest on property and in condo.
Cancellation and Payment Processing Fees: In the event of a cancellation by the Guest, and depending on the channel used, any fees associated with payment processing (including but not limited to credit card processing fees) are non-refundable. The Host will deduct these fees from any refundable portion of the Guest`s payment.
Host may cancel reservation without refund and implement fines of $300- $500 for smoking, parties / unauthorized guests. Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
