Guests enjoy the exclusive use of an upper level 2 bedroom, 1 bath, duplex residence featuring a private entrance, wraparound deck and city, garden and terrace views. And exclusive access to a fenced lower level terraced garden featuring a designer pool, jacuzzi spa, a bbq bar with grassy play area, fruit trees and a heritage oak tree.
The Villa location provides easy access to the Santa Monica canyons, and is minutes to Universal Studios, Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Studio City, Hollywood, UCLA and Santa Monica.
Enjoy sunny days by the pool, crisp cool evenings on the outdoor deck or by the fireplace all in a peaceful natural setting above the city lights.

Per city regulations, when in town, your Hosts reside in a separate lower addition beneath the main residence.
They have our own private home, entrance and yard and there are no shared spaces.
