Muy bien mantenido y muy espacioso, 1530 pies cuadrados, condominio en el último piso en el bloque del océano ubicado en el área de la ciudad de Ocean City muy deseable. ¡Nuevo sistema de climatización de última generación instalado en febrero de 2019 para garantizar la frescura y la comodidad garantizadas después de un día en la playa!

El condominio cuenta con chimenea, conectividad a Internet WiFi de alta velocidad, HDTV de 60 ', reproductor de Blu-ray, amplio dormitorio principal con vestidor y baño en suite, y una amplia cocina con encimeras de arenisca sólida. El condominio está decorado profesionalmente para su relajación y disfrute durante su estancia.

El condominio tiene capacidad para 8 personas cómodamente con una cama king size en el dormitorio principal que tiene un baño principal en suite con ducha y bañera de hidromasaje separadas. Las 3 habitaciones tienen televisores con un televisor de alta definición de 43 'en el dormitorio principal.

Una cocina gourmet con encimeras de piedra arenisca sólida con todos los utensilios y electrodomésticos para hacer una comida gourmet. Convenientemente ubicado a poca distancia de excelentes restaurantes y vida nocturna local en el centro de la ciudad de Ocean City.

Great location

This was a perfect spot for our tournament at the convention center. The condo was just steps to the beach, and across the Main Street from the bay where there are bars, restaurants, and shops for the kids. Everything in the condo was nice and comfortable. We had everything we needed and would stay again.

Our girls weekend here was fabulous! Close to the beach, walking distance to Seacrets! Clean, spacious & comfortable for the 6 of us. Host responded quickly to any question! We’ll be booking again!

Great weekend getaway

We just stayed at this property for 2 days and it was great. Walking distance to the beach, to local stores and bars…. Super convenient. The apartment was clean and communication with the host, when needed was super easy and he responded right away. I would recommend it to friends and family and I’m looking forward to come back in the future as a family.

Perfect weekend getaway

The place was great and just as described. It was one block from a beautiful spot on the beach. The place was spacious and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. The owner was very responsive and gave us a bunch of suggestions about places to eat and activities. We would definitely come back in the future.

Great experience!

My girlfriends and I had a fantastic stay. Rooms were a perfect size. Great for the 4 of us but would also be good for a small family. Very happy with the size of the living space, much larger than expected. Clean and well-kept. Impressed with owner, great customer service! He called before stay to answer any questions I might have. Would highly recommend!

Excellent location and property

The photos are an accurate reflection of the property. The bunk bed room has new furniture and linens. The rest of the rooms could use updating but it doesn’t take away from the stay. The mattresses were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The owner was available when the WiFi wasn’t available on one of the bedroom tvs. Also the parking spot is right outside the elevator!

Perfect place for first family vacation

We loved this rental so much! This was our first full week vacation for our young family of four. Such great memories... especially watching our son take his first steps in this condo! We really appreciated the cleanliness, updates, and the beautiful beachy decor. The balcony is fantastic... such a bonus to have both Great ocean and bay views. Loved having a walk-in closet, perfect fit for the baby’s pack-n-play (with the door open). Barely anyone at the pool so it felt like our own private pool. Owner was excellent to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Spacious, clean, perfect location.

Rick was so nice and responsive. He even let us check in a little early which was so appreciated! The condo is huge and each room has a TV with cable, and SMART features so you can sign into your streaming accounts. We put my toddler son in the room with the twin beds and it has black out curtains and is far enough away from the living area that he couldn’t hear us. He slept great! The beach is a 1 minute walk away and there is a small private pool to use. We loved it and will be back again. Thank you!

The Best Beach Experience Ever

We have had many years of various family vacations at the Delaware Beaches and in Ocean City, MD. I have to say that our stay in this Whispering Sands condo unit was our ultimate favorite. The unit is quite spacious and extremely well appointed. We had everything we needed to cook some great meals and having Belly Busters next door provided the Teenagers with great food options for lunches when they got tired of lunch meats. We were able to ride our bikes to the boardwalk every morning, which we loved. Having the unit so close to the ocean, less than a minute walk, was super convenient. The sunsets from the balcony were absolutely spectacular ! The owner is super friendly and responded to every question within minutes of my reaching out. Again, this was our family's favorite beach experience and we hopefully be able to repeat the experience in the future !

I grew up in Maryland and have lived here all my life. We currently reside in Bel Air, Maryland, which is only a 2.5-hour drive away from the beach. I visited Ocean City every year as a kid and I always enjoyed the places we stayed for our vacations. Now my family and I can offer the same wonderful experience to others. We are very excited to offer our home so that you can enjoy the ocean as I did as a kid. The condo is conveniently located with only a short walk to the beach from our ocean block condo! We believe the unique location of our condo allows you to enjoy a sunrise in the morning and then a sunset in the evening from our 4th-floor condo that is nothing more than spectacular! This year we were able to sit on our balcony and enjoy the 4th of July fireworks on the bay! It felt like our own private fireworks! My wife and I have four boys and we invite you to stay at our home with your family to create memories as I did as a kid at Ocean City, MD!

We fell in love with this property because of its location. Our condo is located in one of the most narrow spots in the desirable midtown part of Ocean City, MD between the ocean and the bay. This allows the views from our balcony to be breathtaking because if you look right you see the ocean and then when you look to the left you see the bay. The other wonderful aspect is the convenient location to the Convention Center and all of the midtown Ocean City attractions. The condo is decorated with relaxation in mind. When you are at the beach you want to kick back and enjoy the wonderful atmosphere and relaxation the beach has to offer. Our condo is professionally decorated to provide that type of experience to ensure your stay is relaxing and carefree.
