Welcome to your basic everyday desert stay! This home features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with one en-suite and one hallway restroom. However, it is clean, has stunning mountain views, and has convenient access to the Joshua Tree National Park entrance in 29 Palms. The home is tiled throughout (allergy-free) and features Western comforts including a washer/dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, central HVAC, hot water, a garage, a stand-alone range, and a built-in microwave.

Exterior:
Welcome to our comfortable home on a quiet street in the Chocolate Drop neighborhood. This is just a simple, peaceful place with plenty of privacy. The lot is 8,311 sq ft with basic desert landscaping, wood fencing, and no neighbors behind us—just open views facing Joshua Tree National Park. The backyard has an open patio where you can relax, enjoy your morning coffee, or unwind in the evening.
Inside:
The house is a single-story, 1,604 sq ft home built in 2006. It’s not fancy—it’s clean, practical, and easy to live in. Tile floors throughout keep things cool, and the layout is simple and open. The living room, dining area, and kitchen are all connected, making it convenient for families and groups. The kitchen has the essentials you need, including a fridge and plenty of counter space.
There are four bedrooms total, plus two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has two walk-in closets for extra space. There’s also an indoor laundry area and a 2-car garage for parking or storage.
The en-suite master bathroom features a walk-in travertine shower. Enjoy your time by the fireplace with views of the mountains in your desert getaway. Windows throughout feature standard up/down shutters. The home is managed by DAP PROPS, so you can expect a clean, pleasant, and professionally managed stay

Reliable high-speed internet is available throughout the home.
Office Space:
Remote workers will find their haven with office space in one of the bedrooms.
Comfort:
The home has central air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room. Double-pane windows help keep the house cool in summer and comfortable year-round. It’s a normal, single-story home—simple, accessible, and functional.
Conservation:
We use a grid-tied solar system to help cut down on energy use. We also encourage guests to be mindful of water and electricity, especially since the desert uses resources quickly.

With room for up to 12 guests comfortably, it's great for families or groups exploring the area.
Entertainment:
This is not a luxury entertainment house, but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay—basic seating, a fireplace, and a patio for enjoying the desert atmosphere. There are hiking trails just minutes away, and downtown Joshua Tree is close by for food and shopping. Smart TVs are available for streaming upon request.
Security:
We do have CCTV outside the house to help protect us and help protect you and help protect our neighbors.
Guest Access:
You will get in with a smart lock code that we provide 24 hours prior to your arrival. You have access to the entire home and property and no one else will be there during your stay unless we need to send out staff to respond to something.
