Late checkout without approval = $100/hr fee

No parties or large gatherings
Noise complaints = cancellation without refund

Only registered guests allowed
No additional overnight visitors
Exceeding occupancy = removal without refund

🚭 No Smoking / Vaping
No smoking or vaping indoors or on balconies
Fee: $350 if detected
🐾 Pet Policy (Very Important)
Pets ARE allowed — up to 2 per booking
Pet Fee: $100 per pet
Unauthorized pets: immediate removal without refund
Pet Owner Responsibilities:
Clean up pet waste (pet station on property)
No pet waste left anywhere outside
Pet damages = automatic charge up to $1,000
Pets must be supervised and not left to destroy furniture or doors

Do not take towels or linens off the property
Stained or missing linens may be charged

No frying fish/seafood indoors
Run dishwasher before checking out
Do not leave food or trash out overnight

All trash must be placed in outside bins
