We respect our guests' privacy and offer a self-check-in process. While we will not be present during your stay, we are available via the booking platform or phone if you need anything or have questions. Our team is available 8am - 9pm PT.
Located at the top of Kingsbury near the Nevada side of Heavenly Ski Resort our home is situated for a tranquil and adventurous getaway! Whether you’re taking the free heavenly shuttle to hit the slopes or driving down the hill to one of the nearby beaches our condo is centrally located for all your adventures!
Guests will have private access to the entire two-level condo. A few closets are locked for owner storage and are not accessible to guests.
There are 2 parking spots. Parking passes must be placed on the Driver's side dashboard and must include guest phone number and Property address. Guests must only park in designated areas. Failure to comply will result in a $500 fine imposed to the Guest.

Perfect for Couples: Although the condo sleeps eight, it's also ideal for one or two couples looking for a peaceful mountain getaway with spectacular views.
Guests will have to travel up Kingsbury Grade (SR-27) which requires 4WD or AWD and snow tires during the winter. Our condo is conveniently located a short walk from the Heavenly Shuttle pick up and drop off location! The shuttle will take you (and your gear) to either Stagecoach or Boulder Lodge.
To ensure a transparent and wonderful stay, please review these important details- - Booking Requirements (Douglas County): The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Within 24 hours of booking, you must provide a signed rental agreement, government-issued ID for age verification, and the license plate numbers for all vehicles. Failure to provide this information may result in cancellation without a refund. - No Air Conditioning: Like most homes in Tahoe, our cabin does not have AC. - Weather & Travel: A 4WD/AWD vehicle, chains, or snow tires may be required in winter. - Uncontrollable Events: We are not responsible for uncontrollable circumstances such as poor air quality during wildfire season or snow during winter. We strongly recommend purchasing external trip insurance, as our cancellation policy will be upheld. - Safety: The home is equipped with smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, and a first aid kit for your safety. - Bear Safety: This is extremely important. NEVER leave food, coolers, or trash in your car. Bears can and will break in, causing significant damage. Always use the provided bear-proof dumpster for all trash and keep vehicle and condo doors locked. - Please refer to the Rental Agreement for a full list of the local STR Rules.
Parking (Important) -2 designated parking spaces are included with the condo -Parking placards must be displayed on the driver’s side dashboard -Placards must include the guest phone number and property address -If you have additional vehicles, extra parking spaces can be rented nearby down the street -Parking violations may result in a $500 fine charged to the guest
