This property features a spacious private balcony overlooking the Gulf, complete with outdoor bar seating to enjoy sunsets and dolphin watching. Guests have access to Seychelles’ excellent amenities including two large outdoor pools, outdoor jacuzzis, private beach access with showers, and a parking garage with sky ramp for safe and easy access to the building.
As you enter the condo, the hallway features twin bunk beds and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, along with a stacked washer and dryer in the hallway closet for your convenience. The master bedroom includes a queen bed, ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo, flatscreen TV, and beautiful lagoon views.
Further inside, the open-concept kitchen and living room welcome you with breathtaking views of the Gulf. The updated kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, over-the-range microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, KEURIG, and all essential cookware. Dining seating is available at the bar and at the dining table just off the kitchen. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, and flatscreen TV for evening entertainment.
Sleeping arrangements include:
-Master Bedroom: Queen bed, flatscreen TV, ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo, lagoon view
-Hallway Bunks: Twin-over-twin bunks (ideal for kids) across from full guest bathroom with walk-in shower

Starter amenities such as travel-size shampoo, conditioner, soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags are provided to get your stay started off right. This is a non-smoking property, both indoors and on the premises. No pets are allowed at this property.
A $250 security deposit hold will be placed on your credit card 2 days before arrival and released within 3 days after departure, pending any issues. At booking, a 20% non-refundable down payment is due. The remaining balance is payable to Gulf Front Getaways 30 days before check-in, or immediately if booking within 30 days of arrival.
