-Please note that this complex does NOT have exterior elevators. This unit is on the 3rd floor and accessible by stairs only. There are also stairs in this unit leading to the 2nd bedroom. Once inside, you will find the master bedroom with king-sized bed, full bathroom, kitchen, and living room (with sleeper sofa) on the first floor. On the 2nd floor of the unit is another bedroom with a queen bed and full bathroom. Perfect for a couple or small family! -A minimum age of 25 is required to book. The registered guest must be on-site for the entire stay and is accountable for all occupants. -No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere on the property. Discovery of smoke residue will result in a $500 fee. -A starter supply of essentials is provided for the first 24 hours, including paper goods and basic cleaning items. Additional supplies should be purchased as needed. -Before arrival, you'll receive a digital Welcome Guide with access details, Wi-Fi information, and local recommendations. -Please note this is a pet-free home. -Guests should supply their own beach towels, as they are not included.

We had a great time at this property. The view is gorgous the place is decorated nice and very clean. We had no issues the whole time we were there. And the owners checked in several times to make sure things were going good

Just okay
Property was very dated on the inside. Coffee maker was broken, but was replaced within 6 hours of management being notified. The refrigerator was not working properly and despite being informed multiple times, management never fixed or offered a short term solution. Several electrical outlets were also nonfunctional. The location and views were perfect though.

This unit is as pictured, and we take pride in our units!
As explained, we did have our appliance repair man out there just before your check-in, he fixed a part in the fridge and it did need a little time to cool back off, this went into your arrival. When we dropped off the coffee pot, we made sure to check on the fridge. Both the freezer and fridge were cool.
We do hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Great location but accommodations were quite tight, and could definitely use upgrades and a good cleaning. Be very careful when accessing the upper bedroom as the steps are very narrow, steep, with small treads, and to make matters worse - have a handrail you cannot grasp. All of this resulted in a twisted ankle that could've easily cost me my vacation. Upper bathroom, which had a very low ceiling, had nothing but fans for cooling and struggled to keep temps below 90. When we stripped the beds to leave linens were covered in old stains. Clothes washer had black mold inside. Main bath low "contractor grade" ceiling tiles were ill-fitted and nearly falling from their grids. Vent fans contained so much dust they no longer functioned. Shower rod was rusted...but we loved proximity to St. Andrew's State Park!
