NOTE: RULES. NOTE:
•. A maximum of 8 people, who have to be registered with their complete name; are allowed to stay at the home. Not Visit allowed. (Violation of this regulation, the reservation will be canceled with no refund).

• The villa is meant for relaxation. Therefore, parties and loud music are not allowed.

• PETS are not allowed.

• FIREWORKS ARE NOT PERMITTED due to fire risk of the palm roof.

• This is a smoke free house. Please only smoke in the outside area.

• BBQ may only be used on the grass and away from the palm roof, due to the fire risk.

• Do not wash vehicles on the property (there are car wash locations in the town).

• Do not bring food into the bedrooms or bathrooms to prevent insects

• Do not take the white bathroom towels to the pool or beach, please use the colored beach towels. You will find a rack to dry the towels in the sun.

• Do not enter the house wet, as the floor may become very slippery.

• The laundry area is used only by the Made (Mary). (Charge will apply).

• CLEAN THE SAND OFF before going inside the HOUSE or the POOL. There is a shower near the pool.

• DO NOT BRING SUNSCREEN IN SPRAY FORM. It leaves a sticky film on the floor, furniture and bedding and is almost impossible to remove.

• Around the pool, please use plastic cups to avoid broken glass in the pool.

• Do not sit with wet swimsuits, towels or clothing on the fabric furniture.

• FOR ENVIRONMENTAL REASONS, TURN OFF THE LIGHTS AND AIR CONDITIONERS WHEN NOT IN THE ROOM OR HOUSE

. keep in mind the electricity cost is added at the end (per watts you used).

• Please drive slowly in the residential area, and respect the one-way traffic.

• The Pool is integrated in the outdoor area and has no fence. If you children cannot swim, please bring their life vest. (Swim at your own risk).

• The sliding doors of the bungalow, bedrooms, living room and mosaic room, close with a latch on the floor and top. You should position the latch exactly over the small holes in the floor before closing the latch.

• The freezer has an integrated Ice maker. In this case, you can buy ice bags at the Colmado (deli) and place them in the bottom drawer of the freezer. Do not put these ice cubes in the ice maker of the freezer as it can damage the machine.

• We have a “NO ILLEGAL DRUG USE” policy. The Dominican Law is very strict. Unruly behavior will result in you being asked to leave. (Violation of this regulation, the reservation will be canceled with no refund).

• We encourage all renters to purchase Travelers Insurance. The house owner is not liable for any injuries or accidents.

. We recommend don’t leave dirty utensils in the house over night to prevent insects.

• We are not responsible for Power, Internet and Water interruptions.
