Cancellation & Processing Fees

If you choose to cancel your reservation, our standard cancellation policy will apply. In addition, please note that payment processing fees are non-refundable. As a result, 4% of the total amount paid will not be returned, since these fees are incurred for both accepting and refunding payments.

No outdoor music at all.

Quiet Hours are 10pm - 8am.

POOL & HOT TUB HEATING: A $1,500 deposit will be collected after you book. At the end of your stay we will send you the gas bill and the remainder of the deposit.

Pet fee is $250per pet, up to 2 pets allowed.

**By City of Palm Desert, the following are required to rent a short term rental in the city.

1. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.

2. Primary renter must provide a copy of his/her government issued I.D. prior to check-in. A copy of I.D. is kept on file while guest is at property and will be shared with Vacation Rental Compliance Officials on demand as required by law.

3. Responsible party (primary renter) is required to sign a short term rental agreement (contract).

4. No more than 2 adults or children per bedroom (8 max) are allowed to occupy the home overnight with 2 additional guests allowed during daytime hours.

5. Outdoor music is prohibited 24 hours per day. It is further expected that noise created at the home will not be audible beyond the property line. Quiet time is between 8pm and 8am.

**These rules are set forth by City Ordinance and apply to ALL rentals in the City of Palm Desert. They are intended to help create peaceful neighborhoods in which rentals exist.

-All bookings made during Coachella, Stagecoach or other festivals will require a $500 refundable deposit. This deposit will be returned to you after you check out assuming there’s no damage or broken rules during your stay. If you choose to cancel your reservation prior to checking in, the $500 deposit will not be refunded. The remaining balance of the reservation will follow our cancellation policy.

- During the summer the thermostat may be locked at a certain temp range and not able to go lower than that range. This is due to the extreme temperatures in the desert. We can’t allow thermostats to be set below this range or we risk the AC unit freezing entirely, and not working during your stay. We apologize in advance, but we can assure you that 72 or 74 degrees will feel AMAZING when it’s over 100 degrees outside.

All reservations are subject to an $89-$125 Damage Protection Fee, which covers accidental damages incurred during the stay. This fee safeguards guests against additional charges for qualifying damages, providing a streamlined and worry-free experience.
