The three bedrooms each offer queen size beds, a dresser, and ample closet space, while the living room offers plenty of seating with two comfortable sofas, one of which is a double/full size sleeper. Shared spaces:
The house has a small self contained studio attached. The studio does not share any indoor space with the house, however, guests of the studio do share the backyard, the pool area, and the washer and dryer. The washer and dryer are in the laundry room which is located in the garage with its own separate entrance. The screened in patio is not a shared space. It is for the sole use of the guests in the main house.

Extra space:
If you have a larger party, want a second bathroom, or just want the whole house to yourself you can reserve the 3 bedroom house, as well as the studio, making the house a 4 bedroom 2 bath.

Thermostat:
The main house and the studio unit share the AC and heat. The only thermostat in the home is in the main house. We ask that you keep the AC and heat at a reasonable/moderate temperature so that your neighbors in the studio are also comfortable.

Noise:
As this is a house, with normal walls and doors that are not completely soundproof, if the studio is occupied, you may hear some noise coming from your neighbors.

Maintenance:
The pool maintenance is usually done on Mondays, and the lawn is usually mowed on Tuesdays. For any maintenance other than this, we will let get in touch with you to be sure you are aware.
