Guests enjoy a prime location just a five-minute walk to the beach, along with the luxury of a private pool for exclusive use. Conveniently situated, the home is only a five-minute drive to local grocery stores and approximately ten minutes from the renowned 30A corridor and Rosemary Beach, providing easy access to dining, shopping, and coastal attractions.

The open-concept floor plan flows seamlessly from the main living area to the outdoor dining space and private pool, creating an ideal indoor-outdoor living experience. The backyard is a true highlight, featuring modern lounge chairs and daybeds—perfect for entertaining family and friends or relaxing in style.

The home offers three spacious master bedrooms, each furnished with a king-size bed. Two of the bedrooms include private en-suite bathrooms, providing added comfort and privacy for guests.

Christmas family get together

Comfortable for 10 adults, close to beach, adequate kitchen for Christmas dinner. Great location with access to grocery stores and restaurants. Loved the slower pace and less traffic of this area.

Lovely house with a pool and very close to the beach!

Such a nice house with a pool and close beach access. We had 14 people and did not feel cramped for space. I would stay again!

Great Rental Spot

House was clean, well kept and plenty of room for all 14 of us. Owner was very responsive with communications. 5 minute walk to the beach and a short drive from anywhere we needed to go. Will definitely be trying to book again next year!

Beautiful new house in convenient location

Our group of 4 families had a great stay at this new house in Sunnyside. The beach was an easy walk, and grocery and restaurants convenient. The house was well-stocked for a large group. Very clean. We would stay again.

Bachelorette weekend

The house was gorgeous and everything we could want for celebrating our friend. Enough room for all of us and and a short walk to the beach! The pool was a hit with all the ladies and we would come back anytime. The host was quick to respond and very helpful when needed. We only had two small issues while we stayed, there wasn't quite enough toilet paper for all 12 of us, had to go out to buy some. We also could have used more towels, there was just enough for all of us to have one. Still loved our stay and would come back again!

Very nice house

The house was great for our group of 13, the pool was nice and warm and the beach was a quick walk. Wasn’t dirty but could use a good deep clean. Only issue we had was not having enough towels for our group that was well under the max capacity, but after communicating with Romy our issue was resolved.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this home. Wonderful features. Short walk to the peach. Quick access to Publix and Winn-Dixie. Kitchen was prestock with seasoning. Property management responded to our concerns promptly. Recommend this home.

Amazing house and great location

House was fabulous. Didn’t know the area but was surprisingly pleased of the location. Was on the opposite end of PCB where it was quieter and less crowded. Loved it! Having the pool outside was a bonus. House was clean and well equipped with dishes, beach chairs and wagon. Cleaning crew needs to do a deep clean every so often but on the surface everything is great!

Amazing Family Vacation Location

We throughly enjoyed our stay at The Aquamarine! We had 12 people ranging from 3-59 and we had ample room. The house was stocked well with most everything we would need. A short walk to the beach and the pool/hot tub were highlights for us. Any issue we had was met with much apology, or attempts to remedy, by the host (dryer, evening pool temp & smoke alarm) and didn’t keep us from enjoying our time there at all. We would 100% rent this very VRBO again. It’s beautiful and we highly recommend this property!

Cute House, Few Small Things

It was a cute house with a great location close to the beach. We loved the design and outdoor space. It was a little dirty and missing some items you'd expect to be in a rental (misc kitchen items, beach towels), but nothing terrible. Also a little annoying that the pool was being cleaned around 11 a.m. on Saturday morning when our stay was Thursday-Sunday. But, quick and nice communication from the owners. Overall great house for our trip!

Perfect Family House!

This is the perfect house for a family. Lots of room to spread out when needed and great spaces to spend time together. TVs are in every room. Large dining tables indoor and out. Fully stocked kitchen w/ nice appliances. Pool and hot tub are really nice size and private. The privacy fence provides protection from the wind if the beach is too windy. A short 2 minute walk to get to the beach. Plenty of chairs and a wagon are provided to haul your belongings to and from the beach. Great outdoor shower to get the sand and salt off. Property owner is very attentive and easy to work with.

Beautiful Home

From the moment we walked in everyone was extremely happy with the home. Once we all got settled in we did notice that the details to cleanliness were not taken. One shower still had hair in it and the kitchen was clean to look at but behind appliances were not wiped down. We were notified that the hot tub jets were not working but that the temperature was. The first day the hot tub was hot but for the remainder of the stay it was cold. Our biggest issue was that the upstairs air conditioner was not working correctly. Throughout the day it was 78-80 no matter what temperature we set it at. We notified via email and voicemail all our issues especially the a/c with little to no response. Had they sent someone out to fix it we for sure would have had a much more enjoyable stay. We did receive some response back to our issues but nothing in the form of fixing anything. Overall we had a great time with family. We loved the house and the convince of walking to the beach.

Not managed well!

Although the house is new, beautiful and in a great location, it’s mismanagement left much to be desired. Cleaning crew literally just swept dirt, food and other things under the beds and furniture. Dryer didn’t work and manager promised maintenance that never came. Broken skimmer lid on pool was replace with a paver(major trip issue with kids). When we stripped the beds, we found hair, dirt and lint of some sort on mattress cover. Master shower floor was covered in orange soap scum and the shower door had black mold. These are just a few items and I have pictures of them. After a phone call and many texts with manager, she just stopped responding. Not a great experience.
