Welcome to your perfect beachfront getaway. Just added to our rental portfolio, this 4-bedroom, 3-bath Gulf-front condo, fully renovated in 2025, is designed for comfort, space, and unforgettable views—ideal for multigenerational families and group vacations.

Wake up to the soothing sound of waves in the primary suite, featuring a private ensuite bathroom with luxury finishes. Three additional bedrooms—two with king beds and one with a two full beds—comfortably sleep up to 10 guests. Thoughtful upgrades and modern finishes throughout create a stylish, relaxing, and functional space for your perfect beach getaway.

Step directly onto the private beach, where 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas are set up daily for you (May–October). Enjoy resort-style amenities including a heated pool, gym, high-speed Wi-Fi, and two parking spaces in the underground garage. Two elevators whisk you to your third floor luxury condo.
Relax on the sand. Take a refreshing swim in the pool. Or enjoy stunning sunset views from the condo. This space offers the perfect balance of luxury and convenience.

The spacious balcony is made for outdoor living. It features a table for al fresco dining and cushioned chairs ideal for dolphin watching. A cozy conversation area with chairs, table and a couch is perfect for early-morning coffee or sunset toasts.

All of YFAB's condos have 100% cotton sheets - and high end mattresses designed to give you the best night's sleep. There is a docking station for your devices on every bedside table.

Each bathroom is supplied with a generous amount of 100% cotton towels, hair dryer, shower soap and hand soap.
The Laundry room has a full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board as well as plenty of detergent for your vacation needs.

Our own housekeepers assure you of a sparkling clean condo - with special attention to the bathrooms with their 100% cotton towels, soaps and hair dryers in every one.

The kitchen is fully stocked, including a Crock pot, Insta pot and Keurig. Relax on kitchen bar stools - or enjoy a family game around the large dining table.

*Both a Booster seat and pack and play are located in each YFAB unit. Your Friend at the Beach partners with Crib Delivery services, so just check our Website for that valuable information.

You will have two reserved parking spots in our underground parking garage. The entrance to the underground parking garage only measures 7'1". Please measure any large vehicles to be sure they fit!

Relax on the private beach - beach chairs (4 chairs/2 umbrellas) provided March to October. You can rent more chairs/umbrella from beach chair service.

Villa Coyaba's pool, gym, and beach are for guests staying at Villa Coyaba only. Outside people will be allowed to visit you in your condo during the day, but not permitted in the pool, beach or in the gym. Per HOA rules, guests are not permitted to bring pets.
Villa Coyaba is a NON-smoking facility.

Cancellation Policy
Full Refunds:
Cancellations must be made by email to Your Friend at the Beach (YFAB).
For stays less than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
For stays longer than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 90 days prior to the check-in date.

Partial Refunds:
Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to the start of the stay, receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the stay are not eligible for any refund.
