Welcome to Hacienda Hermosa — Fort Myers’ hidden gem: a Southern Old Florida–style estate reimagined for modern living, also filmed and featured on a popular travel show as one of the world’s best rentals!



Set on more than six lush acres, it offers plenty of space for everyone, with four self-contained residences that easily accommodate large groups. Inside, you’ll find spacious living rooms, gourmet kitchens with new appliances, and elegant décor throughout. Each bedroom includes a smart TV and deluxe 400-thread-count cotton linens.

The large screened-in lanai is perfect for group dining, grilling, or simply relaxing with a book.

Four Separate Suites Breakdown:



1. Casa Carmen: 4 bedrooms + 1 studio suite, full kitchen, living + dining room

3. Casa Ricardo: 2 bedrooms, living space, walk-out to pool

4. Casa Dulce: this 1 bed bonus studio is in Casa Carmen, kitchenette, bathroom

The Neighborhood:

The property is located in an area where the hurricane or storms have not impacted the house. We are situated on 6 acres of beautiful lush tropical landscape, we have been through the worst Hurricane Ian and were not impacted. We also have solar panels on the house for electricity.



Other Things to Note:

We’re happy to host small events and gatherings of up to 50 guests. For groups larger than 20, an additional fee of $150 will apply for each guest beyond the initial 20. All event must have written permission from us.



Florida Wildlife & Insects: Florida’s tropical climate means you may see insects, geckos, lizards, or other small critters, even in very clean homes. This is perfectly normal for the area. We do regular pest control, but please understand this is part of the Florida experience 🌴. Refunds cannot be offered for sightings of insects or wildlife.



Maintenance: The property may have scheduled pool or landscaping maintenance during your stay.



Interaction with Guests:

Please enjoy all of our provided amenities during your stay. We kindly ask that items remain at the property so future guests can enjoy them too.



Weekly maintenance staff may be onsite outdoors.



We provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, detergent, etc.). Guests may need to restock for longer stays.
