A private boat lift is available for use with a reservation (additional fee). There is an additional driveway leading to the dock on the side of the home for the boat docked behind the home. This boat is not included in your stay.

The property is in a quiet residential area—no parties, although Family & Friend vacations are totally fine!

Pool is professionally serviced; temperatures may vary depending on the weather.

Due to the waterfront location, children should be supervised at all times outdoors.

Dock and waterfront structures are to be used at guests’ own risk.

Trash & Recycle is on Thursday, if you stay is during that time we ask you to bring the WM cans to the curb and bring back in the next morning!
