This lovely three-bedroom, three-bath residence is located within the renowned Boulders Resort & Spa, North Scottsdale. Play two golf courses, dine at four restaurant venues, and indulge yourself in the award-winning spa.
Please note there is a two-week minimum rental period.
The 2,800 square-foot Spanish-style home features refined architectural details applied to a large gourmet kitchen, living room, two fireplaces, dining area, and family room. Of course, there’s air conditioning and a two-car garage.
There are two large master suites with king-size beds and a third bedroom with a queen. Each of the three bedrooms has an ensuite bath and French doors that open to patios.
The property is fully landscaped and private. The patio off the living room has an in-ground spa, citrus garden, two sofas, dining table, and a gas grill. Off the master bedroom, there’s a lush desert garden with a table and chairs for two. Plus, there’s also a small patio off the kitchen.
Cookware, table settings, and barware are included. You’ll also enjoy quality linens and towels, down pillows, soap, shampoo, and cozy down comforters. There's also a washer and dryer, three streaming TVs, and WiFi.
You’ll be surrounded by mountain views located within the secure gated Boulders’ community. A full-sized heated pool is around the corner. Plus, you can run or walk for miles among beautifully manicured residences.
The Phoenix Open is just 20 minutes away. Westworld 25 minutes. And spring training in Old Town Scottsdale is a 35-minute drive. Plus, the cowboy resort town of Cave Creek is an easy ten-minute trip to explore more restaurants, shops, and historic honkytonk steakhouses.
In the lush secluded backyard, you can marvel at beautiful Sonoran Desert views—the only sounds you’ll hear are quail, dove, and coyotes settling into the evening.
