House Rules
Pool is seasonal heated from May 1st and it is closed for the season September 30. There is a fee, please inquire before your stay.

- By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay. No dogs can be left home alone unless crated. Please clean up after your pet. Also, there is a $150 pet fee per pet.

- Please note that we permit a maximum of 2 dogs on this property, preferably aged 2 years and above. Below is a list of restricted breeds.

- NO refunds will be given due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

- Our home is located in the beautiful mountains of Maine, where wildlife is part of the natural setting. You may encounter deer, wild turkeys, squirrels, and other native animals around the property. Occasionally, smaller critters or insects can be seen outdoors, especially in wooded areas. We work with professional services to minimize their presence indoors, but sightings are not uncommon in a mountain environment. Guests are asked to keep doors closed, food properly stored, and to admire wildlife from a safe distance.

- Due to the home’s location in a snowy mountain region, winter conditions may result in snow or ice accumulating on the roof, decks, railings, and walkways. Snow may also slide from the roof during storms or when temperatures warm. Please use caution when entering or exiting the home, walking on outdoor surfaces, or parking vehicles near the house. We clear and maintain paths regularly, but conditions can change quickly. Guests assume responsibility for taking proper care when moving around the property during snowy or icy weather.


Primary contact is responsible for all guests along with anyone who enters the home during the stay to abide by these rules.
