Hermoso condominio de playa en Balcones del Atlántico, Las Terrenas

Nuestro apartamento tiene una decoración maravillosa con un balcón que supervisa la piscina y el jardín verde. Cuenta con 2 habitaciones con aire acondicionado y ventiladores de techo: habitación principal con cama king size, segunda habitación con dos camas matrimoniales, cada habitación con baño completo, una mesa de comedor para 6 al lado de la sala de estar y la otra para 8 en el balcon. TV de plasma con cable en la sala de estar. Wi-Fi gratis. La cocina está totalmente equipada, electrodomésticos de primera línea. El servicio de limpieza diario para limpieza y cocina está incluido, de 9 a.m. a 5 p.m. Sistema estéreo disponible para su iPod. Este apartamento es nuestra joya familiar, visitamos nuestra propiedad con la mayor frecuencia posible.

El complejo cuenta con tres hermosas piscinas, un gimnasio, un restaurante 'Porto' y dos bares en primera línea de playa. Kayaks y algunos equipos de agua disponibles.

El complejo está muy seguro, no tiene que preocuparse, los niños pueden moverse sin riesgo.

Recomendamos una excursión de un día a las cataratas El Limón, Zip Line, Playa Cosón, Playa Bonita, Cayo Levantado, avistamiento de ballenas jorobadas.

El pueblo de las Terrenas está a 2 km del complejo, durante el día puede caminar hasta el pueblo. Durante las noches puedes ir en taxi. Se recomienda alquilar un automóvil o un quad para moverse por las playas de los alrededores que se encuentran en la zona.

Carolina was an excellent guest. The property was amazing super clean comfortable beautifully decorated. Carolina was very responsive and super host.There was a little bit of an issue with the ACs one of the night, but it was a misunderstanding, and host was very receptive very open and very responsiveWe’ll definitely be booking it again in the future

Exquisite

We spent 30 days at Balcones. This gated location is fabulous (lush gardens,swimming pools, beach, Porto restaurant, services), well kept, very safe and quiet. The second floor condo and its huge terrace are elegantly decorated, well equiped and very comfortable. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The owners are lovely. We strongly recommande.

Excellent location and condo

Excellent location in Las Terrenas. Just close enough to the town to enjoy it and just far enough for tranquility. The condo is very spacious, clean, with all the amenities one would need. Carolina is a very attentive host as is Lillian who provides daily services to the condo unit. A truly lovely holiday!

Paradise in Las Terrenas!!

Our family had never been to Las Terrenas before this trip and while we read everything we could, we were not expecting how absolutely wonderful the area was for a relaxing get away from the busy life we lead. Our experience would not have been possible without a perfect place to lay our heads and we were lucky to be able to stay here at this condo on the 2nd floor with all the security and privacy yet all the access to everything around Las Terrenas. The close proximity to the beach, fresh Mahi-Mahi from the fisherman in the morning for the maid to cook while we played or toured the island is absolutely the best thing for a family of 4 looking to relax and enjoy the days! The condo provided all the comforts of home like separate bedrooms, A/C, TV, a beautiful kitchen and complimentary wifI (A must for teenagers) which made this truly a home away for our family. The Divins family highly recommends this condo for anyone in search of a great place thats close to everything but quiet enough to sleep peacefully at night. A+++ rating for us.

Outstanding for a peaceful holiday!

This is a delightful condominium unit in a secure complex. We loved the gardens and easy access to the beach. A hidden benefit of this unit is that it is far enough from the road that you cannot hear the motorcycle and car noise. It is also close enough to walk to the bay where you take kitsurfing lessons. The unit has everything that you could need - beach towels, dishes, etc. The owner and complex staff were consistently great to deal with, notwithstanding our lack of Spanish. While the complex was occasionally busy over the Christmas period, the orientation of the units and overall atmosphere of respect made for lovely quiet days. If you want to be in the centre of Las Terrenas with music, bars and restaurants, this is not the place for you. If you want a super clean unit with beautiful gardens and multiple pools, easy access to the beach and calm atmosphere, this unit cannot be beat! We will be back! Many thanks to Carolina and Lilian!

Una favola di vacanza

Siamo stati ospiti di Carlos e Carolina per 10 giorni a Las Terrenas, i padroni di casa sono stati sempre gentili e disponibili ad ogni nostra necessità. La casa è molto carina con un grande balcone attrezzato e dotato di ogni confort. L'appartamento, arredato in stile domenicano molto elegante, è ben tenuto, sempre pulitissimo e ordinato, se ne occupa ogni giorno la brava e riservata Lilian, questo si trova all'interno di un residence curatissimo e controllatissimo da numeroso personale, sempre gentile sorridente e discreto. Ci sono a disposizione dei residenti piscine, vasche idromassaggio e una bianca spiaggia attrezzata. Il mare è stupendo, acqua chiarissima e numerose palme ombreggianti che consentono di non avere bisogno dell'ombrellone. Indimenticabile ed emozionante l'escursione in barca per vedere le balene e i loro piccoli mentre stazionano nella baia di Samanà in attesa di partire per la Groenlandia. Sicuramente torneremo a godere della casa di Carlos e Carolina. Paolo e Paola

Wonderful week

We had a great week here. The condo is lovely with a very large outdoor living area. Everything was spotless, and Lillian helped us to keep it that way. The beach across the road is beautiful, and we also enjoyed time in town, at other area beaches, and at the pool. We had dinner and lunch a few days at some low key restaurants in Las Terrenas on the beach with our feet in the sand. The zipline and seeing humpback whales were other highlights. The weather was perfect, as seems to be the norm. Thank you to Carolina's family for sharing your lovely home!

Perfect for us

Wonderful place , wonderful staff, we arrived Jan 2 and pretty much had the whole area to ourselves. The beach with a great restaurant and bar is right across the street and many days we hardly saw anyone. The weather was great and the ocean is safe and fun to swim in. Carolina’s place is wonderful . Lilian keeps the place spotless. We cooked about 1/2 the time and kitchen has everything you need. Fresh ice and water from fridge worked great. Excursions were easy to arrange from staff and we felt no need to rent a car. Great stay and if you want a very peaceful, quiet vacation Carolinas condo is a great place. DeWitt Marshall

Fantastic stay

Our stay at Carolina and Carlos' condo was fantastic. It was by far the nicest accommodation of the various places we stayed while touring around the DR. The outdoor deck is amazing and we spent many hours lounging out there and enjoying the outdoor dining. The entire complex is very well maintained with beautiful landscaping and nice pools. The private beach is amazing and we had some great breakfasts at the Porto beach restaurant taking in the ocean view. Thanks for letting us enjoy your 'piece of paradise'. Mike

Carolina's place was absolutely wonderful!

Our stay at the apartment was excellent. The décor and furnishings were meticulously done and very comfortable. The outdoor balcony was a lovely place to sit and read in the mornings and eat our meals. The kitchen was superbly stocked -- with dishes and cookware, and with excellent appliances. Carolina also started us off with a generous supply of coffee and fruit, as well as a thoughtful selection of wines to purchase. We were able to do our own laundry every day, and had A/C for the nights. The cleaning lady Lillian was also very amiable and efficient as she came every day. The facilities in the condo complex were kid-friendly with several pools, and the beachfront restaurant/bar for an evening drink. Our only disappointment was that the beach itself -- while pretty -- was not very enjoyable as there was too much seaweed to have any waves, and as it was very close to the road. We simply drove to other beaches 10-15 min away every day for our ocean/beach time. I wouldn't have changed staying at this apartment for the beach. The owners were also VERY responsive in helping us sort out the music system and cable. All in all, I would not hesitate to recommend this place to any family or small group. Thank you, Carolina!

Magical!

Carolina was lovely-helpful, informative, and very responsive. She answered questions quickly and clearly, provided useful information and even picked up some light groceries to stock the condo prior to our arrival. Her condo is beautiful with its stylish tropical decor, large open air balcony and beautiful furnishings. We would definitely return.

Fantastic Place!

Hi Carolina, I just want to say, my family really enjoyed the stay at your beautiful place. Your place is really amazing and was the perfect place for our family of 6. The fact that the apartment is at walking distance from the beach but far enough from main street noise is a plus. Lillian your maid was amazing and very pleasant, everything needed was available to us. Overall, we felt like we were at home. Your listing of the property accurate describe the property, the property was clean as well as the complex common areas, you guys always remind us that you were available if we need anything, I will definitely recommend your property to our friends, my kids enjoyed kite surfing from the near town which is 5 minutes drive where you can find an array of stores and supermarkets. We enjoyed the complex restaurant (El Porto) located at the beach. The complex was very secured, you can see security presence through out and everyone was very nice. Regards, Antonio Marcel

I can't say enough about our stay here. It was my first time at the DR. It was a trip with the girls and all 6 of us couldn't have been happier. The rooms are so big, the entire place is very clean. Fully equipped modern kitchen, steps to be beautiful blue water and the pools were amazing as well. I highly recommend visiting and staying here! Wonderful all around.

Wonderful stay in this 2 bedroom condo on our first visit to Las Terrenas and the DR.

We arrived late afternoon and were greeted by the Balcones staff who were expecting us and quickly introduced us to our condo. We were met at the condo by a wonderful person, who showed us around the very well appointed condo. The place was was very clean and completely equipped with all the luxuries that you would expect in your own home. The rooms, bathrooms, kitchen were great. The lounge and eating area on the huge balcony made for a wonderfully peace-full place to read, enjoy a glass of wine or just relax and look out into the beautiful pool and garden area. You can easily walk down by the two pools cross a small road and are directly on the beach, which is clean and beautiful. The staff at Balcones are attentive and friendly. We ate at the Porto restaurant a couple of times and were quite happy with both the meal and service. We would not hesitate in visiting again. Thank you again "C" for sharing your great house with us and must say that " L" is a gem. The owners were great and easy to interact with and helpful in answering our questions.

Absolutely loved it!

We are frequent visitors to the Dominican Republic. Last Christmas, we decided to the leave the freezing cold weather in North East Pennsylvania and head again for the Dominican Republic. My wife, I and three grown sons along with the girlfriend of the eldest, spent four days at this specific condo at Balcones del Atlantico, in Las Terranes. Indeed, the two bedrooms were spacious, modern, clean and comfortable (air conditioned). In additions to all the goodies about the two minute walk from the beautiful beach, pool view and other amenities, the place is within reasonable from the small town and the market. We bought daily fresh food and fresh fish caught few hours earlier and cooked excellent meals in the condo’s fully equipped and modern kitchen. The owners of this apartment were simply very helpful answering all our questions and concerns. Balcones provided my family with a variety of entertainment and a very good massage on the beach. Simply, we loved the place and highly recommend it.

Extraordinarily Relaxing

We had no idea what to expect going to the DR for the first time. We were more than delighted by the easy going nature of all the staff, the local people and wonderful food! Our kids felt safe and secure in their surroundings. This condo is set in a lovely, peaceful, neighborhood/resort where pools and beach are accessible 24/7. The feeling is unhurried, not touristy or crowded. What is amazing is it is available non-stop from JFK in 3.5 hours!! Truly extraordinary. We highly recommend it!

Although my husband likes the mountain, he has being coming to this part of the Island for many years and when we saw this project, we agreed right away to own a unit.
We have here a quiet Beach, good fresh fish and lobsters, lots of new and old friends, nice people, but we also have a lot of outdoors activities to enjoy with our kids.
