Each bedroom has a wonderful and welcoming personality. The Primary bedroom boasts its very own brick fireplace and hearth and features a welcoming king bed, TV a private spa style bathroom and its own private deck access to the outdoor hot tub with more amazing views. Continuing the luxurious mountain feel of this home, the second bedroom features a queen bed, while the third features a full over full bunkbed. You'll find a queen-sized murphy bed in the game room, completing sleeping for 8 people.

This wonderful home is located in an Upper Moonridge, and is convenient to all of Big Bear Lake. You'll find Bear Mountain Ski Resort is less than 5 minutes away.



House Rules and Notes

- No parties or events of any kind allowed on property

- No more than 4 cars at the house at any time

- Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Registered person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.

- No smoking.

- Check-in time is 4 PM

- Check-out time is 10 AM



4 Car Parking

There is ample parking for 4 vehicles with use of the 1 car garage.



Trash: Trash must be taken to a local drop-off site and must not be left at the property.



This home allows a maximum of 8.



(A maximum of 2 adults allowed per bedroom per City of Big Bear Lake ordinance, with the balance of any occupancy beyond that must be made up of children under the age of 18 up to the full permitted occupancy of 8 allowed. No Over Occupancy.)



Vacation Rental Permit/License #VRR-2024-1751



Per the City of Big Bear Lake, the primary guest for your reservation is required to acknowledge and sign the Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy prior to gaining access to the rental property. Guests are also required to provide government identification prior to going to the rental property.

Check-in and key pick-up must be by the person named on the reservation, they must be over 25 years of age and they must present the credit card used to pay for the reservation, along with a matching photo I.D. DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY, you must complete check-in at the office and you will be provided with a map to the cabin.



On your departure, all keys must be returned to our office. There is a key box outside our office where keys may be dropped off if your departure is outside our regular office hours.
