The Space:

This well-designed studio offers a smart, comfortable layout that makes the most of every inch - perfect for a relaxing coastal stay in La Jolla.



The studio features a queen-size Murphy bed, allowing the space to easily transform from a cozy sleeping area at night into an open, functional living space during the day. Thoughtful furnishings create a comfortable spot to relax, unwind, or enjoy a quiet evening after a day by the ocean.



The compact kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed for light cooking and simple meals, including a refrigerator, induction cooktop, toaster oven, and basic kitchenware. Whether you’re preparing breakfast before a beach walk or enjoying a casual dinner in, the kitchen provides everything you need without excess. For added convenience, complimentary washer and dryer machines are available in a shared common area within the complex, free of charge for guests.



While the studio itself is tucked within the building, the experience truly expands the moment you step outside. From the ocean-facing exit, walk straight out, down six steps, and open a door directly onto the Pacific. At high tide, the water sits just beyond the threshold - an unforgettable, boat-like sensation. A shared oceanfront patio with table and chairs offers a front-row seat to sunsets, tide changes, and marine life.



Just steps away in the opposite direction, you’ll find the sand at Marine Street Beach, ideal for swimming, sunbathing, or peaceful nighttime walks along the illuminated shoreline.

• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
