This spacious two-level single-family home is thoughtfully set up for families and groups who want room to spread out while still feeling connected. Bright common areas, mountain views from multiple windows, and two separate living rooms make it easy to relax, recharge, and enjoy time together.

The main living room is bright and welcoming, with comfortable seating and a wall mounted Smart TV for relaxed evenings. Large windows bring in natural light and offer views toward the surrounding mountains, and the open layout flows easily into the dining area and kitchen.

The fully stocked kitchen is designed for real cooking, whether you’re preparing simple meals or hosting a full group dinner. The Centennial court house on King Street had some nice touches. The coffee bar was fully stocked with supplies for the Keurig coffee maker, and an available drip coffee pot. The house provided several decks for enjoying the Colorado cool air. I noticed a public transportation bus stop across the street which would be convenient if needed.With a little bit of attention, this house could be a 10 with its five bedrooms and two living areas. Our check in process was not smooth. The code to get into the house did not work. The backup code did not work. However, the property manager told us how to get into the key box. Also the kitchen floor was lifting up from the subfloor. We sent photos of this to the property manager upon check-in.After contracting with Vrbo for the house that stated all fees were included the property management company insisted on a security deposit however, the option to give them 300 to have returned to me at the end of the stay was not possible on their software. So I paid the 40 for their insurance plan. They also wanted to tack on a pet fee which was not disclosed during the purchasing process. The mattresses and dining room chairs were all worn out and need to be replaced. The furniture in the house, including the kitchen table chairs were uncomfortable.
