Perfect for our stay!

This property was conveniently located a short distance from almost all of our activities so it saved us a lot of driving time each day. It was very beautiful and clean. Great communication with owner also. Couldn’t have chosen a better home for our week stay in Colorado Springs!

Loved every second

I loved my stay at Thi’s lovely home. The hot tub and views at night were unbeatable and me and my guests had such an amazing time. Would 1000% recommend this stay to anyone!

Amazing BFF reunion house!

11 of us rented this wonderful home to reunite and celebrate our milestone 50th bday this year. The location was perfect as it was within 15-20 mins driving time to all of the attractions & eateries that we had on our weekend itinerary. The house was clean, spacious, and exactly what we needed to unwind & catch up. Highly recommended!

Great house and host!

We had a great time during our vacation at this house. It is in a great location and close to many fun activities. We loved the amenities, views and the wildlife in the front yard. Thi is a great host and communicated so well. We would stay here again and recommend it to all.

Family time

We came to have some quality time with family. We had a great time and our favorite part was sitting on the back deck everyday. The views are beautiful especially the sunrise every morning.

Family Summer Trip

We had a group of 13. The house was a great size to accommodate. The house is beautiful, the views were breathtaking and had everything we needed. The home owner was easily accessible and was very responsive when we had questions. I would definitely recommend this property if you are looking to stay in Colorado Springs!

Excellent Home

Stayed here as a large family & we loved the space, would absolutely stay here again when we have a family event in CoSp! The outdoor patio is prime for hanging out together as a group. The kitchen is enormous & wonderful. 2 of the 6 bedrooms are 2 twin beds, just so you’re aware. Host Thi was wonderful and responsive during our stay.

Fun Family Getaway

This is a great property with amazing views in an excellent location. We traveled with our three children (ages 6, 4, 1.5) and stayed here with our friends and their two children (ages 6, 4) and there was plenty of room for all. The house is fully equipped and even included a pack n play, toys for the kids, and a safety gate on the stairs. The deck was the best part with the hot tub, mountain views, and outdoor kitchen area. Additionally, the host was very responsive and welcoming. We highly recommend this property and would certainly stay here again!

Wonderful house and location

The house had everything we needed and was close to attractions. Clean, lots of room, comfortable beds and updated appliances. This is the first rental that's had sharp knives! Most of our time was spent in the 3 season porch off the kitchen playing cards, hanging out and enjoying the hot tub under the stars. The owner was very responsive to our questions.

Fantastic Property

Stayed here as a group of 9 and the house was extremely spacious. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet and clean. Also conveniently located to Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, downtown, etc. via a short drive. The home itself is absolutely gorgeous with an incredible view and awesome amenities - the hot tub and fire pit were definitely the group favorites! Kitchen is well equipped and loaded with dishes, seasonings, and more. Beds were comfy, which is a huge plus! Also, the water pressure and temperatures in the showers were AWESOME. The host communicated everything clearly and the listing was accurate. Thank you for the sweet welcome gift! I would highly recommend this property.

Quirky house - but worked well for our families

The grill and patio outside were great, the kiddos loved the hot tub (we just used it as a pool). Beds were comfy and laundry worked great. Good location, easy to access parks and attractions. The only downsides were that there are tons of steps in the house and my dad has some bad knees so this was fairly challenging. The furniture is also kind of oddly laid out, no where for lots of people to gather and watch TV without moving some furniture. Would also love more plastic kitchen stuff for kiddos. Overall great house, nothing too problematic!

Almost perfection

The house was awesome! However, a few things were left out... There were no instructions left on how to operate the indoor fireplace or TV. Also, property description led us to believe the entire deck (with the hot tub on it) was enclosed. Not the case. The roof is open above the hot tub, and no one had cleaned the snow away on and around it. Otherwise, very comfortable and we would stay again.

Reserved for Sweet 16 surprise party

I had been communicating with the host prior and asked if we could check in early. It was a 2 night minimum, I only needed one night. I asked if I could check in early and I would check out Sunday afternoon vs Monday. The host said she would let me know. I followed up and again, sje saos she would let me know. Day of, I messaged and no response. I went to the house at check in time and the house was disgusting! It had not been clean. I was trying to contact the host, finally I got a hold of her, she was sleeping because she was in Japan. She called the cleaning company and they forgot to write it down. It was very frustrating. A lady and her son came and were cleaning while I was setting up and people were coming to the party it was very embarrassing and frustrating.The toilet in the master suite was not working. The hot tub would not get “hot” even after I put it to 104)

Colorado Springs Views

Overall this property met our needs. The patio and hot tub area were the highlight and the area we used the most and the views wonderful. The house is comfortable, the kitchen spacious but the hearth room connected to the kitchen area lacked adequate seating, only a love seat and one chair, but we made it work the kids didn’t mind sitting on the floor to watch tv. Concerns, I was surprised that the windows and patio area were not as clean as you’d expect in a luxury property. Only an old two slice toaster for a large home like this and the coffee maker (brew type) was old, the Keurig was new but did not work, when I called the owner they delivered a new one that same day. The pots and pans were in bad condition as well, again not what you expect from a luxury rental. Several lights in the bedrooms did not work and again the owner responded quickly. In my opinion and I shared this with the owner I do not think the property management company is doing a good job for the owners. Overall we liked the property and its location, and the owner Thi was very responsive and apologized for all the small issues we encountered. I’d still rent this property. Great view for sure !!
