✔️ Boat Dock Access: The property includes access to a private dock suitable for small boats, providing direct access to the canal. Please note there are two bridges (overpasses) along the canal that boats must pass under. Guests are responsible for verifying that their vessel meets clearance requirements prior to arrival.
✔️ Surveillance or recording devices on property - Video recording devices only monitor the exterior of the home and not any of the interior or swimming/hot tub areas.
