HOT TUB & trailer/boat parking for up to 25 ft. with overnight docking allowed.

Visualize it this way, you can drop your boat in across the street at the public boat ramp, and store your trailer behind the property and dock your boat steps from our place with a seawall. Guests have use of the entire use of the south side of the building with a hot tub on the private back deck overlooking the canal.

Just grab your cooler and sunscreen and head out for a day on the water.

If you have additional family members check out Nautical Nook next door. It has a shared door/wall with Mariner's Landing with a dead bolt lock (which my mom and I are the only key holders), featuring two bedrooms and one bathroom, living room, kitchenette and dining room.

It’s super convenient to drop in and go!

Place was super clean. Easy to find and get into. Host has thought of everything. King bed is super comfy. Linen and towels were very soft. The hot tub and courtyard were awesome. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Perfect place if you have a boat and want quick access to the IC and stump pass!!!!!! Everything was brand new, and the host was very prompt with any questions I had.

Our stay was wonderful! Very spacious place. Literally so much room. The bedrooms are great sizes. Linens and entire home was clean. Beautiful porch outside. Interactions with the the host were all great. We would definitely return!

Englewood Vacay 2025

Our stay was absolutely amazing!!! We are returning renters and we will continue to come back!!! The property is perfectly located! Boaters are close to sand bars, fishing, and marinas. Clean, pet friendly, and the property manager is super friendly and accommodating! It is definitely our favorite place by far!!! Can’t wait to return next summer!!!

Absolutely LOVED this place! So many nice touches by the hostess. Fresh vase of flowers, a lovely dessert and a bottle of wine greeted us upon entering. Nicely stocked kitchen for cooking was a plus! Having our boat at the back door was awesome! We spent pretty much our entire vacation on the water all day! One of our best vacations in the nearly 20 years we've been visiting the area. We will definitely be back!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

A cute tucked away spot

Overall such an awesome experience! Host was extremely helpful, nice and communicative. It is a bit tricky to find, especially in the dark/stormy weather, but the signage was helpful. The fact that they are dog friendly is incredible however if your dogs are used to going to the bathroom on grass they might have to try something new as there isn’t much grass around the property. All in all I’m definitely keeping this place in my back pocket for the future!

My mom bought this property in the early 80's and it was her law office for 43 years.

This neighborhood is unique because the public boat ramp is directly across the street with Publix right down the strret.

This property was made for people who love the water and love to be on their boat.

Mariner's Landing offers a 6 person hot tub and trailer/boat parking for up to 25 ft. Overnight docking allowed and there are no bridges to the ICW.
