New Build~Hot Tub~Mountain & Sunset View~2 bed/2 bath

New Construction! One level, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom accessible cabin with wide door openings and smooth transitions into every room. Sit on the spacious porch overlooking the mountain or relax on the front porch swing to take in the sunset. Our cabin offers ample space for 6 guests. The bedrooms are both on the same level but offer a split floor plan for privacy. The master has a king bed with a spacious walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Queen sofa sleeper in the living room and futon in the game room. All sleeping spaces have Roku TVs with standard cable TV and streaming. Outdoors you will find a screened in porch with dining table and hammock swing chairs for relaxing. The private hot tub seats 6 adults. There is a seating area with log tables surrounding the charcoal grill for hanging out while grilling. The driveway offers space for parking 3-4 vehicles and is off-street. Electric vehicles are welcome - we have a Level 2 charger (pay by charge).

A RENTAL AGREEMENT MUST BE SIGNED BEFORE ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY WILL BE GIVEN.

No pets allowed. No exceptions. We charge $400 for bringing a pet.

No smoking/vaping. We charge $400 for smoking/vaping.

6 people maximum allowed. This includes children.

Wifi at the cabin supports video. The speed is very good, but because the cabin in in the mountains, sometimes it goes out. We do not offer refunds for wifi outages.

We are in BEAR COUNTRY. There is a strong possibility you will see a bear during your stay. DO NOT FEED BEARS or leave trash with food scraps outside or in your vehicle as this will attract them. DO NOT go near bears.

Since our cabin is in a mountain setting, winter weather during the winter months is possible. While the road is typically clear and accessible by any vehicle, during the winter the roads can be covered in snow or ice. The roads are curvy and steep in some areas. If your vacation is scheduled during the winter months, we highly recommend 4-wheel drive and/or chains. Refunds will not be provided due to road conditions or power outages caused by inclement weather. We recommend travel insurance to cover these situations.
