Hampton Bays is full of vibrant restaurants, beautiful beaches and we are just 15 minutes from the Village of Westhampton, the Village of Southampton, and all the fun activities of Riverhead. We're just a short drive to all the delicious and beautiful vineyards and farms on the North Fork , perfect for apple or pumpkin picking and wine tasting. A less than 10 minute drive will take you to any of our gorgeous ocean or bay beaches. Welcome to The Hampton's Family Getaway, a fully renovated home in the Hamptons. This home is ideal for a variety of people! It boasts a large 5 bedroom, 4 bath home on just over an acre of landscaped property. The house is perched on top of a small hill, far away from the road. You will enter through a gated entrance to a fully fenced in yard. The backyard offers a large free-form heated salt water swimming pool surrounded by a 2,000 sq ft paver patio. Perfect for lounging on our outdoor sofa or lounge chairs on a hot summer day or BBQing at night! There is a patio with dining table, able to sit ten outside of the pool area, perfect for fun family dinners. There is a comfy propane fire pit, providing a great spot for smores at the end of the night. There is plenty of room to run and play on our expansive lawn, as well as getting out some energy on the large playground area. The playground offers a play-set with slide, fort, swings, balls, play trucks and a toy house. The large driveway can accommodate multiple cars and offers a Tesla car charger. Once inside, the home offers a fully stocked kitchen with open concept into the dining area and living rooms. The updated kitchen offers a large farm house sink, with ample space to prep food on the quartz counter tops, an over sized refrigerator, beverage fridge, a dishwasher, and all small appliances needed. The dining room offers a large table with seating for 10, and the island will sit 4 . There is a full bathroom on the first floor for easy access. The laundry/mud room offers a washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided for your stay and built in lockers for your jackets. The second story is where 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms are located and can accommodate the whole family! The primary bedroom offers a large king bed with custom walk in closet and an attached large full bathroom. Cuddle up by the propane fireplace in your private escape. The second bedroom has a king bed, large closet, and new en-suite bath. The third bedroom offers a queen bed. The fourth bedroom offers a custom built bunk room with 4 twin beds. Fun for kids of any age! We also offer a pack and play with a comfy mattress if needed. The home also offers a dual zone central air condition to keep you nice and cool on hot summer days. The basement is a kid heaven, with a full play room stocked with toys and board games for all ages! That is also where there is a large 5th bedroom with a king sized. There is a blackboard which also is a magnet board for plenty of fun! This space is a perfect oasis for children to play and create. ** please note that toys are subject to change. We are only providing easily cleaned toys at this time*** Traveling with little ones can be stressful and hectic! We know, having traveled with our children when they were young. We had to go out and buy things that we never imagined we needed (such as night lights, outlet covers, etc)! Although our home is excellent for anyone, we also are perfectly set up for families with small children. We want to ensure our children's safety, so your children can be safe as well! We have baby gates on the top and bottom of the stair wells; tamper resistant outlets throughout the house; door locks on the top of each door so little ones can be locked out of areas like bathrooms and closets. The second floor windows have locks so they can not be opened to wide as well for additional safety measures. We offer a smart TV with selections such as Amazon TV, Netflix, Disney +, Hulu, ESPN and YouTube , so you have access to a variety of shows. We have our yard sprayed monthly with organic tick spray to cut down on any ticks. The pool area is completely fenced in, with the ability to lock the gates so no children can enter. Our whole property is fenced in, so children can play safely. We also offer a high chair, a crib, a pack and play, bottle drying rack, and changing station if requested. **We have enhanced cleaning practices, as well as installed HEPA filters on the central air conditioning, UV light air cleaning in the duct system as well as each room will have thorough cleaning then have UV light sanitization. We have also have a full house water filtration system, to ensure fresh clean water. We will be local to the area if you have any needs throughout your stay. Set up high on a hill, in a fully gated property, you will find rest, relaxation and fun! Hampton Bays is centrally located with access to multiple bay and ocean beaches; high end restaurants, shopping, vineyards and breweries. This property provides easy access to all the north and south fork has to offer! We have a large driveway with room for multiple cars. We also have a Tesla Car charger included for your stay!
