The home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with a flexible layout that includes a king bed, two queen beds, and twin bunk beds, making it ideal for both adults and kids. Inside, you’ll enjoy a bright, modern interior with smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen for easy meals at home.
Step outside to your private heated pool and backyard overlooking a tranquil pond, providing added privacy and a true retreat-like setting. Please note the pond is for viewing only, and alligators or other wildlife may be present, which is common in Florida.

Maintenance & Property Access Report any damage or maintenance issues immediately. Do not attempt repairs Management may enter the property for emergencies, safety concerns, or HOA compliance Failure to report issues promptly may increase guest liability.
Behavior & Legal Compliance Guests must behave respectfully and comply with all laws. No illegal substances or illegal activities No unsafe or disruptive behavior Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

Location was near beaches and shops. The home and pool were beautiful and clean. The house layout was perfect for extended family with the master on one side and two bedrooms that could sleep six on the other end of the home. We went to the beach most mornings then played by the pool all afternoon; it was perfect!

This was the best VRBO house we stayed in when we visit Englewood. The house is beautiful with amazing sunset views. The pool is so nice. We never had a watch but the waterfall comes on at 7:48 am and shuts off at 3:55 pm. Definitely take a shower in the master bedroom bathroom. It is the best. The host replied quickly with any questions we had. We definitely will be staying here again.
