Vacation in Warnemünde! Relax in our cozy, adjacent vacation homes, “Adele” and “Jan,” just a few steps from the Warnemünde lighthouse and beach. Both houses offer plenty of space for 2–4 people to enjoy a relaxing vacation (each with a free parking space). Dear guests, welcome!
We offer you a cozy, well-furnished vacation home in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.

Our spacious “Adele” vacation home, located on the first floor and first floor, features a living room, cable TV, radio/CD player, DVD player, and free Wi-Fi; 1 bedroom with a double bed (2nd TV); 1 bedroom with two single beds (3rd TV), a bathroom with a tub, shower, and hair dryer, and a guest restroom, with a living area of approximately 100 square meters, accommodating 2 to 4 people. Enjoy pure tranquility on the sunny terrace with a beach chair.
A free parking space is available on the property. However, the narrow driveway (approx. 1.90 m wide) is only suitable for smaller cars.

Amenities: Kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, stove with oven, and dishwasher.
We kindly ask that you do not smoke inside the house.

The house comes equipped with a linen package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat)

The house is located in a pedestrian zone.

Bakeries, restaurants, shops, bike rentals, the beach, the promenade, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner.

Pet lovers and a maximum of 1 dog are welcome here. An additional final cleaning fee will be charged for bookings with a dog.

Visitor’s tax starting at 01.09.2023 in Rostock + Warnemünde:
Adults aged 15 and older: 3.70 €/day
Severely disabled guests 50% or more: 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from tourist tax: Severely disabled (80% or more), accompanying persons only if the severely disabled person 100% and registered B
Children up to age 5, business travelers, athletes, conference attendees, travelers in transit, locals

Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the property owner:
- High chair/each: €2.00 one-time fee
- Travel crib (without mattress or bedding): €2.50 per night
- Dog/Yes/Adult: €5.00 per night
- Dog/Cleaning: €30.00 one-time fee
