You can enjoy a wonderful vacation right on the Warnemünde beach promenade at the PROMENADENHAUS BERRINGER. We offer you a cozy, well-furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just 50 m from the Baltic Sea beach.

"Seestern" vacation apartment with a stunning ocean view, 2 rooms, fully equipped kitchen with all the trimmings, bathroom with shower and hair dryer, bedroom with a double bed (carpeted floor), living room (TV/radio/CD/DVD/free Wi-Fi) with a double sofa bed and large dining table, entryway, storage room with washing machine, accommodates 2 to 4 people, living area approx. 85 square meters, high-quality designer flooring with a wood-plank look, large floor-to-ceiling windows (French balconies) create a spacious feel. You can easily reach the apartment on the 3rd floor via the elevator and the bright, sunny atrium

The apartment’s initial amenities include one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish linens, shower mat).


The building is located in a pedestrian zone.

A garage is available on Weidenweg for a fee. Please note that there is no snow removal service in the garage complex.

Bakeries, grocery stores, restaurants, bike rentals, the beach, the promenade, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is right around the corner.

Visitor’s tax starting at 01.09.2023 in Rostock + Warnemünde:
Adults aged 15 and older: 3.70 €/day
Severely disabled (50% or more): 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from visitor’s tax: Severely disabled 80% or higher, accompanying persons—only if the person with a severe disability is 100% disabled and has a registered service dog
Children up to age 5, business travelers, athletes, conference attendees, travelers in transit, locals

Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the rental property owner:
- High chair/each: €2.00 one-time fee
- Travel crib (without mattress or bedding): €2.50 per night
- Garage/Seestern: €6.00 per night
