Great place to stay for a family vacation

Went to Orange Beach with family for a week. This was the best place I’ve stayed in my last 3 years of visiting and will probably book again in the future.

Clean, comfy, but outdated

Pros: Very clean, nice linens, mattresses, updated bathrooms. Spacious living area and kitchen, big pantry/storage. Good location. Good parking.Cons: Living area furniture is old, and broken. Kitchen appliances need updating, Keurig-type machine and bar ice machine is necessary as there is no ice machine on property and the freezer ice maker produces 2 cubes/hour. The master bed frame has sharp corners and we are both bruised. All in all, a good stay. We would rent again.

As long as you don’t leave the premises it’s fine

The condo was nice but the living room furniture needs replacing. We were on the ninth floor and one of the elevators didn’t work much of the time we were there. If you left the complex to go to dinner or anywhere else you didn’t walk, it was impossible to get a parking place back at the unit. You had to pay 25 per night for overnight parking plus a shuttle service to get you back to the condo. The condo is in a beautiful location, but given the problems with the elevator and the parking lot. I don’t think we will be staying here again.

Moms' long weekend at the beach

We really enjoyed ourselves. It was a great long weekend away for a group of stay-at-home moms. We wished that we brought sheets for the fold-away sofa, since none were available in the room.

Everything i had hoped for

Great location and easy access. Grocery stores were very close by. Everything worked in the unit and the beds were very comfortable. Pickle-ball court was a surprise and appreciated. Overall very satisfied. I booked for next year.

Family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything about this place was great! The only recommendation we had is the patio furniture was rusting and dangerous with the kids.

Nice but.......

We liked the location and the security was great. The condo was clean. The den and dining furniture was great. The kitchen, baths, and bedrooms need updating. The beds were NOT comfortable.

Could use a little TLC, Overall Great

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed, more towels would've been appreciated for a group of 10. The outside handle of the master bedroom balcony door is broke and some peeling of wallpaper and paint. But nothing that would deter me from booking here in the future. The beds were super comfy, pools clean and it was a great price. Perfect area.

Great experience

It was an overall great experience with the place. Couple things that we found which was from the hurricane was water damage on some of the furniture and floors but not very noticable. The dryer did not work at all so we had to drive all of our clothes on the balcony. Other than that it was a fantastic stay! Beautiful place with awesome views!!

First trip to the gulf

Nice place needs updating, missing blinds and curtains in the bedroom, garbage disposal didn’t work, needs a secondary lock on the front door my 4year old could easily open not much staff on hand at location other than a security guard. But was a clean place good location just needs some updates and maintenance

Wonderful Vacation, wonderful experience

The condo looked exactly like the pictures. The location was great, close to stores and restaurants; we walked to everything. The balcony was awesome. The view was so beautiful. The balcony wrapped around the unit which allowed you to just see more of the beautiful views. The balcony from the master bedroom was amazing as well; you could sit on the bed and just watch the ocean. Condo was very spacious, each room had access to their own bathroom. The master bath is so large, the tub in master bath was a wonderful added bonus. Loved our stay, Loved our condo. Management and our communication was great. They checked in to make sure everything was going good via text, which I thought was great. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Relaxing vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the most part, the condo was fabulous. The bed arrangement was not the same that we had reserved (there are not 3 twin beds in one room) and the large table on the balcony is gone. These were 2 reasons we picked this property. Condo was cleaned and well stocked. You get 4 towels and 2 wash clothes per bathroom. We had 7 people so we had to go buy washcloths. Location is fabulous. Pool is average size, never seemed crowded. Very family oriented location.

Great Location

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is in a great location convenient to everything. There were some minor issues that need to be addressed with the owners like the patio door in king bedroom would not open, toilet in twin bedroom was loose from floor, light bulbs need replacing in several lamps and dishwasher did not work. When we arrived at the condo, the table on the patio was not usable........no tiles in table. We went to Home Depot and purchased 15 tiles to put in it so that we could enjoy eating out on patio, which is one of our favorite things to do at the beach. I think that Liquid Life Rentals should stay in touch with the owners to be sure that condos are ready for the renters to enjoy.

Clean but needs many updates

We walked in and on first impression the property was nice and clean but very old appliances. As the week went on we noticed how run down the place was. The wall paper was peeling off in certain places. The washer and dryer had many rust spots. The dishwasher was very old but it worked, loudly. Carpet was clean but stained. If the place gets updated I would gladly stay here again, but for a vacation I'm looking for a little better amenities.

The room is horrible

This room need to be updated living room furniture is worn out walls need to be cleaned and painted. House keepers don’t clean like they should. Hair in the floors tub dirty curtain/blinds don’t open some missing. One door didn’t even lock. Tile needs to be clean it’s gross

Exactly as pictured, needs some updating and extra supplies

We had a lovely time and enjoyed our stay. The condo was as pictured and clean. There are some items that need updating/repair but did not retract from our enjoyment of the property. I would recommend to the property manager that if you are having a large party stay for an extended time to have more than one trash bag, more that 3 partial rolls of toilet paper, more than 1 roll of paper towel, and extra dish washing powder. We utilize VBRO often and this is the first property where items from previous vacationers have not been left nor any provisions for high use items like toiletries. We had no problem getting what we needed from Wal-Mart across the street. Overall, we had a lovely time and would use the property again in the future.

Unkept and outdated unit. The price was way too high for the quality of the unit.

This unit was unkept and outdated. The living room curtain was 3-4 feet too short and the curtain in the master bedroom was so thin and ill fitted that we woke at 6 am with the sunrise every morning on vacation. The blinds were also missing some pieces leaving big gaps. The towels were not cleaned well and the bedspread was stained up.
