The home features a private heated pool and a spacious screened-in lanai, creating an ideal outdoor living space whether you’re enjoying morning coffee or winding down after a day at the beach. An outdoor shower makes rinsing off easy after sandy adventures. Inside, guests will find a fully stocked kitchen designed for everyday cooking or vacation meals, along with comfortable living spaces, high-speed WiFi, and Smart TVs throughout the home.

The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed comfortably accommodating two guests and includes a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also offers a queen-sized bed suitable for two, while the third bedroom is perfect for kids or additional guests with a bunk bed—a full-sized bed on the bottom and a twin on top. Both living areas include sleeper sofas that open to queen-sized beds, providing additional sleeping space for extra guests.

For those who need to stay connected while away, a dedicated workspace desk provides a quiet and comfortable area to check in on work or attend virtual meetings.

A washer and dryer are available for guest use, along with an iron and ironing board for added convenience.

Parking is available for up to three vehicles in the driveway; please note that street parking is not permitted.

One of the standout features of this home is the FREE use of a 4-seat golf cart, included with your stay. The golf cart is perfect for cruising the side streets of Indian Rocks Beach, visiting local restaurants, or transporting beach gear. A valid driver’s license is required, and guests must agree to the lease terms. The golf cart is not permitted on Gulf Boulevard or any major roadways and must be returned in the same or better condition. For security purposes, the cart is equipped with AirTag/GPS monitoring, and notifications may be sent to your device.

The location is ideal—just minutes from the beach, close to a community boat ramp, and only one block from Kolb Park, which offers playgrounds, tennis courts, pickleball, basketball courts, and open green space. Indian Rocks Beach is known for its friendly, respectful community and laid-back pace, making it a wonderful place to relax and unwind. Guests can enjoy fishing, boating, kayaking, and paddleboarding, as well as local dining favorites such as Guppy’s, Keegan’s Seafood Grille, and Crabby Bill’s. The area is also conveniently located near Clearwater Beach and St. Petersburg for additional attractions and day trips.
