Finca Can Plata in Petra

Finca close to Petra with 440 square meters living area and pool in traditional country house style. The comfortably furnished house has 6 bedrooms with bathrooms en-suite and airconditioning h/c in all rooms. It offers splendid views of the village Petra and the surrounding countryside. Nice beaches are at only 15 minutes distance by car.

Finca Can Plata has been finished in 2008 and is situated on a hillside above the village of Petra. It offers marvellous countryside views from the terraces and the pool area. The picturesque countrytown of Petra is located in the northeast of the island's central region and has easy access to the beaches of the northeast, such as Can Picafort, Playa de Muro or Son Servera. The popular farmers market of Sineu is only a few minutes drive away. Both Petra and Sineu offer a nice selection of typical inns, bars and cafés, but also fine restaurants, supermarkets and shopping facilities.

All 6 bedrooms en-suite are on the groundfloor of finca Can Plata. 4 bedrooms have access to the covered terrace facing the pool. 2 bedrooms have private, covered terraces overlooking the pool and are furnished with comfortable lounge furniture. The community area is on the first floor. The large kitchen is modern and fully furnished. The ample living/dining room has an open fireplace and a plasma screen television including satellite television and DVD player. French doors are leading to the dining terrace.

The finca Can Plata has a large pool with a surrounding, gated pool terrace and marvellous views over the village of Petra. An outdoor shower is available. There is a large dining terrace on the first floor, which can be accessed from the living/dining area. This terrace offers a table for 12 and a BBQ are.

Children are welcome, one cot and a highchair are available for free on request.
2nd set cot/highchair 7 € per day, please advise before arrival.

The finca Can Plata is situated on an approx. 100.000m² estate and may be booked together with fincas f145, f146 and f147 for up to 44 persons.

A deposit of 300,00 € in cash has to be paid on arrival and will be returned on departure.

Cleaning 1 x per week and linen change once per week are incl. in price
