Finca Tamina is located between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa in an area with mainly villas and holiday homes. The vivid harbour of Pollensa is at about 5 Kilometres distance and offers a long seafront promenade with splendid views of the Pollensa bay and Cap Formentor. It is lined by restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. The long sandy beach offers all amenities like sunbed hire, beach bars, showers and shops in walking distance. Due to this infrastructure and the shallow waters it is ideal for families.
The beautiful old town of Pollensa is at about 4 kilometres distance and charms the visitors with small cobblestone alleys, lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays Pollensa stages one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place visit during the week to observe the daily live in this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.
The area around Pollensa is popular with cyclists, bikers and hikers alike, due to the wide variety of routes and tracks leading through the mountains. Golfer have the choice between several golf courses and the bay of Pollensa is particularly famous among surfers and sailors, but also offers any kind of other popular water sports.
Finca Tamina is a spacious holiday home with 4 bedrooms and a large private swimming pool. All rooms of the approx. 160 m² finca are at ground level and very bright and inviting.
The living area consists of a spacious living/dining room furnished with comfortable sofas, armchairs, a fireplace and a rectangular wooden dining table. Two doors lead directly onto the covered terrace and into the garden. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and also has direct access to the terrace with a dining area. The washing machine and tumble dryer are located in an adjoining storage room. The main house has two twin bedrooms and a double bedroom with an external door to the terrace. The three bedrooms share two bathrooms. The fourth double bedroom with shower room is located in a separate house by the pool, which has its own entrance.
All bedrooms have air conditioning with set operating times from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00. The times cannot be changed.
Finca Tamina is set on a 4,000 m² plot with extensive gardens and several sun terraces. The covered main terrace with access to the living room offers a seating area next to the table tennis table, a large wooden table with chairs for al fresco dining and a hammock. Between the terrace and the guest house there is a brick BBQ grill and another dining area with table and benches. The large swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 1.3 to 2.4 m) is surrounded by a tiled terrace equipped with sun loungers and parasols. The pool area is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden with lawns. From here you have a marvellous panoramic view of the surrounding countryside. There is parking space for two cars on the premises.
Children are welcome, a baby cot and a high chair are available free of charge. For each additional baby there is a mandatory charge of € 7.00/night for an additional baby cot.
